We were very disappointed that the owner took 30 euros from my deposit. He said we didn't take the bins out or clean the apartment. We took every bin out, placed all used linen in a bag for the cleaners and washed all the dishes.
He didn't reply to me when I contested his reasons.
On arrival the management team were not aware we were coming either.
