Cosy, warm and friendly - lots of activities but a place to rest too in a beautiful setting :)

Attention to detail was wonderful; a la carte menu. Tess and Joe were so helpful and gave great tips/advice for local area. Super relaxed :)

Home from home cosy ski base!

We loved Tessa and Joe - warm, knowledgeable and generous. Their home cooked food is insanely good (think creative plant based flavours) and the beautiful lodge is full of interesting people! You’re within easy reach of Morzine and Avoriaz. You won’t want to leave.

A really pleasant stay allround. Seeing the Mont Blanc rally outside the chalet was a bonus.

Super chalet and Tess and Joe are very pleasant hosts. Will choose The Red Fox again if I am in the Morzine area. Bike wash possibilities are a bonus. Tess did a clothes wash for me after I fell in a massive muddy puddle 😬

Love, love, love this place.

Yummy breakfast, offer of sandwiches for lunch. Yoga room to use, very comfortable beds, use of kitchen, like a home away from home. Great for mountain biking, hiking, swims in lac Montriond. This was our favourite accommodation of our 3 months in Europe. The hosts are amazingly kind & really do think of everything. We LOVE this place & will definitely come back.

Outstanding hospitality, stylish and comfortable accommodation and a cracking breakfast in the perfect location

Very stylish, yet traditional alpine chalet style accommodation. Great facilities, outstanding welcome and hospitality and a fantastic breakfast. The team went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and allowed me to make use of the chalet’s facilities even after check out time.

Welcoming, relaxing and beautiful place to stay, Thankyou!

The lodge has a lovely comfortable and homely feel to it throughout. A lot of attention was paid to the decor. Tessa and Joe were super helpful with great suggestions of what to do throughout the area. Their communication was great and breakfast was delicious!

A great place to explore the Portes du Soleil

Great breakfast, proper coffee, comfy beds, great shower, loved the decor, was really homely, had room for our bikes and a place to clean them. Our hosts were wonderful, caring, entertaining, full of good ideas and really made us feel so welcome.

Tres jolie decoration et bonne ambiance. Tess et Joe sont aux petits soins, Biensitué a 15min en vélo de Morzine et 10min en voiture du lac ! Le petit déjeuner est excellent et vous mets en route pour la journée ! On rencontre aussi facilement les autres locataires, trés bien quant on voyage seul, mais on peut aussi avoir notre espace.

Feeling home in Montriond - absolute Empfehlung!

Aussergwöhnliche Unterkunft in Montbriond. Supernetter Gastgeber, liebevoll ausgestattetes Chalet, gemütlich, gut ausgestattet. Tolles Frühstück, Getränke in der Küche vorhanden, diese kann auch genutzt werden. Einfach alles mit Hingabe gemacht, das spürt man sofort. Parkplatz vor der Tür. Lage in Wohngegend, aber man ist auch zu Fuss schnell im Dorfzentrum.

Nichts wirklich zu bemängeln. Es ist kein Hotel sondern ein Chalet und dafür ist alles top.

Cet hôtel est une très bonne surprise pour nous. Les hôtes sont aux petits soins, l'hôtel est très sympathique, très bonne ambiance avec le personnel et les autres clients.
