About this house rental
This entire home is private in a quiet Loomis neighborhood. Very private Fenced front and backyard, hot tub, patio furniture with BBQ, updated kitchen and bathrooms. FYI the 4th bedroom is a loft with a ladder (not suitable for small kids) Bring the whole family to this really comfortable and cute house with lots of room. Easy highway access and super close to the cutest little downtown of Loomis!
The space
This is a really private neighborhood home. The front yard is accessed thru a wooden fence and gate which allows for more privacy and another outdoor living area. Inside the vibe is whimsical with a ladder up to the 4th bedroom/ loft that older kids will love. The bedrooms all have TV’s with Roku apps and the bathrooms are supplied with fresh towels and tiny soaps!
The kitchen is stocked if you want to cook a meal, and the large sectional couch is so comfy!
In the private backyard you can hear the highway which is a few hundred yards away, but it becomes background noise as you enjoy the 3 person spa, a bbq, and seating for 6. Your dogs and kids will love the fully fenced back and front yards with beautiful flowers.
The location here can’t be beat. You can walk to town to enjoy all the breweries or restaurants that Loomis has to offer. Uber and Lyft is also available.
