Garage access is not included in the home rental. You'll have exclusive access to the primary residence, which is Unit A. There's also an attached guest unit, and don't worry, each unit has its own private entrance. That means no shared spaces and complete privacy.

A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if evidence of smoking is found within the premises. Our property is routinely inspected for smoke odor after every reservation if smoking is detected during or after your reservation, this fee will be applied to cover the necessary cleaning and restoration processes. We appreciate your cooperation and maintaining a smoke-free environment for all of our guests.
