Myself and another family stayed here for a gymnastics meet. Although a little further from the airport, it was very convenient to the Meet location and other areas of interest. The host was very conscientious about getting back to me with questions since I am a first time Verbo user and was a little nervous about the whole check-in process. He was easy to work with even when we requested to check in a little bit earlier than the standard time due to when our flight arrived in town. I would highly recommend this host and this property for future use. Looking forward to future stays.

This property was perfect for out of town family coming to visit my mom who has a short time to live. The description is just as described in the listing. It is spacious, really clean and decorated beautifully! My granddaughter got to play on the playground and enjoy the spacious backyard. We would definitely rent it again!

Our family was so impressed with this beautiful home with many amenities. We loved the spaciousness of the accommodations and the atmosphere. We would definitely stay there again if we had another family event come up. We had a very comfortable stay and highly recommend this home for relaxation at its finest.

Marco was so nice and attentive. The house had the perfect amount of rooms and bathrooms. Kitchen dining and living was big enough to have us all for big family dinner. We played games outside and hung out having coffee in the morning as the sun came up. It was situated close enough to grocery store, shops and our daughters home. I can't say enough good things about this place. We will definitely be back and having all the family together in this perfect house was what made the whole trip memorable. You will not be disappointed. The added bonus was the pacman video game we all took turns playing!

Five of us were staying during NCAA March Madness and needed a place close to downtown. Hotel rooms are on the expensive side and staying together in one place made economic sense. This 5 bedroom house delivered on many levels. Each room had it's own comfortable queen bed allowing us privacy. The common areas allowed us to congregate together at the dining table and watch games on the 65" TV. The kitchen was well appointed with newer appliances and allowed us to prepare a nice breakfast before heading out for the day. Check in was simple with a combination door lock so we just had to punch in the number to access the rental. The residential neighborhood was quiet and convenient to stores and restaurants. Would definitely recommend for larger groups who are exploring the area.

We were in Sacramento for Ironman CA, and Marcos house was nice and clean, adequate parking, it had the amenities we needed. We would stay there again if the opportunity presented itself. (Not for Ironman though, we would stay closer if availability. One thing we wished we had was a tv in each bedroom.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. The rooms were large, beds were extremely comfortable, and Marco was a phenomenal host. The portable crib was missing a piece and Marco provided a brand new one within an hour. Great communication. We look forward to coming back and staying here again.

House worked very well for 9 of us gathering from all over for a wedding. Marco great about letting us in a little early due to some wedding rehearsal timing conflicts. Just wanted to let him know did see a big roach coming out of the hallway to the dining room….only once. House spotless.

We came into town for a weekend with events happening both in Sacramento and Roseville. This house was perfect for our needs. As a group of adults traveling together it was nice that all of the bedrooms had double beds, which were all very comfortable. The house was clean. The kitchen is well stocked. I would recommend if you’re wanting to be outside Sacramento.

this is a spacious house with great amenities. We had 8 in our group and everyone had a nice clean and comfortable bed. The house was immaculate. Looked like it was new on the market. We really didn't stay too much in the house, as we had outside activities already planned, however when we were there it felt like home. Well laid out floor plan big back yard and plenty of parking for us. The owner is so kind and responds quickly. Great place to stay! If we returned, we definitely would stay here again.

This place is beautiful and well stocked with everything needed. There were 7 of us so 5 beds 3 baths was perfect. The outside of the home is just as nice as the inside. We enjoyed the back patio for morning coffee. Marco was very responsive with messages. Would most definitely stay again. Hopefully we will be back next year for Afterschock again! Thank you Marco!

We were in town for a wedding. We had 7 adults and everyone was comfortable and enjoyed the 4 night stay. The house has a very easy entry. Downstairs has the master and 2 bathrooms. It was perfect for older guests who can't do stairs and need a bathroom close by. The kitchen and living room was comfortable and the back yard was a surprise bonus. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

The communication wit Marcos was good. The house location is perfect and the space is comfortable for a big family or group of friends. However, the house has two main problems, cleanliness and maintenance. It looks the house owner do not go to the property often and the cleaning team is just cashing the checks. This was particularly problematic for me and my family, we expected 100% cleanliness due to COVID.
