The house was very large with lots of beds. Especially extras for babies or children. The house was perfectly clean! There was everything we could possibly need which was nice.

This was in a great location that had access to everything we needed in Folsom and beyond. The property management was very accommodating and responsive. We were able to cook most of our meals, which was a huge reason we opted for a place like this versus a hotel. There were 6 of us, and we all slept and stayed comfortably. We even were able to get our laundry done. Thank you!

The beautiful, spacious home was wonderful for our family's needs, while attending a sporting event. We loved the kitchen, the kids happily played in the backyard, and the sleeping accommodations were absolutely perfect (comfy beds, room darkening blinds). We could not have been happier!

The house was lovely overall. In a quiet charming neighborhood. Overall clean, however the mopping solution they use leaves a slippery residue, be careful not to slip. We loved the location close to the lake for a nice day on the water, ten minute car ride to down town with good food and shops.

This was my first experience ever and it was excellent; our host has done a wonderful job maintaining the house so well that our guests felt ‘just as at home’! Plenty of items in the kitchen were made available for our use that made our stay a much happy experience. Attention to details can be seen around every corner, bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, and dining. The location is perfect and close to Folsom Lake and other interesting points. Neighborhood is secure and safe. I’m glad we chose this place. I can recommend this place with confidence.

Easy communication from start to finish. We had a rough start to our trip and the property manager was so easy and accommodating to our family. We had a nice welcome when we finally arrived. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the setting was relaxing.

We found the property in a very quiet, cozy neighborhood. The home was large enough for the seven of us to have plenty of space. However there was several complaints of the furniture being hard to sit on and the beds uncomfortable without pillows. Some items need to be tended to as soon as possible: The rear sliding door to the backyard does not lock The facia on the top step of the stairway is loose and catches shoes easily. There are lightbulbs out in the bathrooms upstairs and downstairs. The master bedroom ceiling fan needs attention.
