A refundable security deposit of $500 may be required for a lease is longer than 30 days;

Note: A garage ADU conversion project may be on from 9am to 5pm from Monday to Friday during your stay, but our contractors will manage minimum noise going to the main house.

The entire house and yard are accessible by guests. Self check-in via a digital lock, with code shared prior to your arrival.
