We had two families staying here. Each family had a teen and also college kid staying. Ample space for everyone. Showers were hit or miss with hot water…some were cold. Kitchen could have had a few more frying pans and coffee mugs. We were short walk from beach so that was great. We rented two golf carts and used those all week for any “travel”. I wish the pool had more sun but the trees were also nice for privacy. We’d stay here again.

We loved our two week stay here, but I would definitely recommend that the owner make some easy updates.
The house could use a deep clean. The vents are very visibly dusty and every nook and cranny could just use a thorough clean. The paint is also chipped in a lot of places and could use a refresh.
I would highly recommend a sectional sofa in the main living space. The seating isn’t suitable for multiple families.
Outdoor space is very nice, but beware you will get little to no sunshine. It’s all shaded. The shells around the pool and yard could stand to be washed and or replaced and the pavers power washed.
This house is fantastic for multiple families because of the multiple floor master suites. Be aware of all the stairs if you aren’t able to do a ton of stairs.
The management company for this property is fantastic. Super responsive and kind.

A few suggestions:
More seating in the living room - it only seats 4 comfortably
Larger water heater - Only 2 people can shower
The beds are very uncomfortable
More silverware for large groups

Location is great however as previous guest meintioned the house needs a better cleaning and some maintenance. It was not throughly cleaned and the walls and cupboards were chipped and full of hand prints etc.
The pool was dirty upon arrival and it was multiple days before someone came by to clean it. I had asked about sun exposure and was told you did get some mid day however the pool does not get any sunshine though out the day while we were there in NOV.
It’s a spacious house and a bit of tlc could go a long way.
