Terrible. Did not even stay in the apartment!!

Nothing.

Everything. The photo's completely misrepresented the apartment. The furniture was old and not in very good condition. The bathroom was, I don't even know what to say here, but definitely not what I would consider an acceptable bathroom for paid accommodation purposes. When we arrived the cleaner had not yet cleaned but met us and allowed us to drop off our luggage. The apartment at that stage was very messy. It looked like somebody lived in the apartment, there was non perishable food in the cupboards, a basket of medications in the dining room, a basket of kids toys and shoes in the entrance room. There was a cover on the couch that was all over the place and cushions that had white stains all over them. I asked the cleaner how long she needed to clean and she said 1 hour, which I was very surprised about as the couch cover at least needed to be washed before being put back on the couch and the kitchen and balcony (which had bags of rubbish on it at that stage) were a mess. I did not see how the apartment could be adequately cleaned in that amount of time. We hesitantly left the apartment but figured we would see what it was like when we got back. After 1 hour we went back and the cleaner was finished. The couch cover had simply just be put back into place on the couch (and clearly not washed) and the cushions still had the scary white stains on them. The filthy pillows on the bed that had previously not had pillow cases on them now had just had pillow cases put on them. The kitchen had been 'tidied' but there was still food in the cupboards and the fridge. The floors did not looked like they had been mopped. It is not possible to have done a full proper clean of everything in the apartment in 1 hr. At this stage my husband and I just simply left the apartment and went and checked into a Novotel Hotel up the road. I have been using Booking.

Disappointing, and I felt dirty.

The living room is great. Big television comfy couch.

The bedsheets smelled like mildew/mold. There was no handsoap anywhere in the apartment. There was no bodysoap either. The lights were way too bright and couldn't be dimmed. Hosts repeatedly ignored my communication.

Perfectly fine place to stay

This was a convenient location for the Karolus Spa which is why we were visiting Aachen. The balcony was nice and the sofa and huge tv were a bonus

Unfortunately the lift wasn't working. The apartment very much felt like a lived in apartment which I found a little strange though my partner thought it was fine. Everything was clean but a bit worn round the edges.

Good location but not worth the money

The location is great. The bed is comfy, kitchen is well-equipped. Spacious place and fairly quiet.

We had to wait 20 min. until we were received by the cleaning lady who neither spoke English nor German. No oral explanation about the apartment. The cleaning was not done when we arrived and even after the last was finished the apartment was not clean. The drain in the bathroom was clogged up, the kitchen water pipe leaked and must have been leaking for a while.

Die Lage und der Kontakt zum Vermieter waren gut, die Ausstattung ist passabel.

Es war nicht besonders sauber, die Betten sind sehr weich, der Aufzug in den 3. Stock funktionierte nicht und für das Parken im Parkhaus habe ich für drei Tage fast 50 Euro bezahlt. Irgendwas an der Spüle war undicht und das Wasser lief aus dem Schrank. Naja…

Enttäuscht und ungepflegt

Die Lage war sehr zentral gelegen.

Wir haben für 4 Personen gebucht. Im Schrank gab es nur 3 Speiseteller, kein Mittelteller vorhanden. Im Kühlschrank befanden sich angebrochene Getränke, angebrochener Streukäse und Sahne. In einem Küchenschrank befand sich eine Tüte alte Brötchen. Auch die Spüle und Herd waren sehr dreckig. Mein Sohn sollte auf der Schlafcouch schlafen. Dafür gab es kein Bettlaken. Die Bettwäsche, die im Wohnzimmer lag, roch ungewaschen. Das Kopfkissen war ein Hauch von Nichts. Die Fugen im Badezimmer waren eklig dreckig. Auch Handtücher waren zu wenig vorhanden. Auf dem Balkon stand ein Wäscheständer mit gewaschenen Hand und Bettbezügen. Dort haben wir uns dann bedient und ein Bettbezug als Bettlakrn umfunktioniert.

Es war ein gelungener Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung ist großzügig gestaltet. Die Betten wunderbar bequem, was ich sehr wichtig finde. Abends kann man sich auf den Balkon setzen. Die Küche ist mit vielen Geräten ausgestattet. Von der Hauptstraße hört man keine Autos. Die Nähe zum Parkhaus ist gut, genauso wie der Weg in die Altstadt. Einen Aufzug in den 3. Stock zu haben ist spitze, da mein Mann mit dem Rollator unterwegs ist. Die 3 Stufen davor sind zu bewältigen.

Wir haben nur 5 große Teller gefunden. Keine Dessertteller, keine Untertassen. Eine Schere wäre gut und ein kleines Messer zum Schälen. Vielleicht auch nicht das billigste Besteck wählen. Das paßt nicht zu der allgemeinen Ausstattung.

Het appartement was erg goe maar parkeren een crime!

Mooi groot appartement helemaal compleet.

Het appartement was oké maar het parkeren is echt een crime! Aan de straatkant nergens plaats dus ben je aangewezen op de parkeergarage bij het winkelcentrum. Dit heeft ons voor een dag en een nacht €42!!! Gekost! Wil je daar parkeren voor de nacht moet je dit wel eerst melden bij het management van de garage anders slepen ze je auto weg!

Badkamer stonk, was oud, douche warm koud warm koud ect waterdruk laag Lift ging kapot Bed 1.40 ipv 1.60 of 1.80 Parkeren stond aan de weg maar dat was allemaal vol, moest in parkeergarage van the mall parkeren, als je eruit was geweest €30,00 per dag Tv was supergroot, maar alleen digitaal geen normale zenders

Eenvoudige inkom, prima appartement. Goede hulp met WiFi probleem.

Locatie is goed, dichtbij het centrum maar veel daklozen en mensen die de sfeer op straat negatief beïnvloeden.

Der Aufenthalt war alles in allem sehr angenehm.

Whg sehr zentral. Balkon. Man hat viel Platz in der Whg und kann sich ausbreiten. Küche ist angenehm ausgestattet. Ein Kaffeefilter hat gefehlt.

Die Parksituation ist nicht befriedigend. Man muss sehr viel für Parktiket oder Parkhaus bezahlen. Das hat die Freude über die Whg schon geschmälert. Hier sollte sich der Vermieter noch Gedanken machen und eine bessere Lösung finden.

Localizarea imobilului chiar în marginea centrului. Liniștea din curtea din spatele apartamentului. Balconul unde se poate fuma. Apartamentul este spațios.

Zona este plină de boschetari și drogați (dar asta nu e vina proprietarului apartamentului evident). Nu fac probleme, dar este neplăcut. Apartamentul este spațios și relativ dotat, dar tot ce este în el este vechi. Pare ca a mai fost folosit înaintea ta și de alții, fără a fi ulterior igienizat. Asta e impresia pe care o lasă. Lipsa așternuturilor pentru canapeaua din living. Pernele execrabile și lipsa așternuturilor pe patul din dormitor (doar o husă de saltea și niște pilote fără învelitori). Locul de parcare la Aquis Plaza Mall (care este chiar vizavi de locație) costă foarte scump. Nici vorba de 12 euro pe zi cum zice în anunț. Eu am plătit o dată 24 și o dată 28 euro lăsând mașina de la ora apx 18-19 până a doua zi la 10-12. Parcarea în stradă nu e accesibilă, ar trebui să stai să vânezi un loc. Există o parcare cu 5 euro pe zi, dar este cam la 1 km distanță și trebuie să fii norocos să găsești loc.
