The location is just perfect for the Limburg area with GR6 hiking route from the door (and many more) surrounded in the countryside. Spacious accommodation

No English information on the area etc or the instructions to work to the oven - it has microwave with fan type combi but wasn’t able to get it to cook much but lucky some good restaurants within 2km

Verbleef met twee volwassenen in huisje 4b. Dat is een mooi aantal voor keurig huisje, drie zou ook kunnen, voor vier volwassen wordt het mogelijk wat krap. Maar als je elke dag iets onderneemt buiten de deur dan heel goed te doen!

Het was even zoeken naar de verwarming van de badkamer. Echt heel warm was het daar niet maar wel heerlijke hete douche. Er blijken buizen in de vloer te liggen. Een korte handleiding voor dit fenomeen is misschien een goed idee. Verder niemand gezien maar dat vonden wij geen probleem, behalve dan dat we even moesten zoeken naar hoe we de badkamer warm konden krijgen. Tip: misschien is een trekker met lange steel nog iets voor de doucheruimte?

Gute Lage im Dreiländereck, gute Ausstattung, Parken vor Ort, Restaurants in der Umgebung, Betten für uns super

Fliesen in Schlafzimmern, Treppe steil und gefährlich um ins Bad zu gehen. Für Kleinkinder eher nicht geeignet. Ich würde Wandfarbe vorschlagen, weiss ist immer etwas kühl.

Prachtig uitzicht.

Heel net en compleet huisje, volledig uitgeruste keuken, inclusief vaatwasser. Lekkere banken om op te zitten. Mooi terras met ongelooflijk mooi uitzicht. Parking is ietwat klein als je met meerdere grote auto's komt, naar voldoet zeker. Erg prettig de drie separate slaapkamers ( wij zaten in 3B). Fijne eettafel en stoelen. Aanrader dit adres.

Enige detail wat we misten waren ovenwanten. En de douche gaat enkel tot warm ipv heet.

Meermalen geweest, top locatie, heerlijk huisje, brandschoon, geweldig uitzicht en alles voorhanden.

Er viel niets tegen, aandachtspuntje zou de trage wifi kunnen zijn, dat zou wat sneller en effectiever kunnen, meer niet.

Is erg basis mag wel wat sfeer/kleur in om het wat gezelliger te maken . Ik zou handdoek/ theedoek afwasborstel standaard erbij doen.

Prachtige locatie

De accommodatie ligt op een prachtige locatie met idem uitzicht. Alles waar voor wij naar deze regio kwamen was binnen een halfuur te bereiken. De accommodatie zelf was brandschoon en contact met de verhuurder via Booking.com verliep vlot. We hebben absoluut een fijne tijd gehad.

De koelkast maakt non-stop een te aanwezig zoemend geluid. Hierdoor wordt binnen zitten onaangenaam. Veel spullen moet je daarnaast nog zelf halen: handzeep, afwasmiddel, vaatwasblokjes, wc-papier etc. Wellicht hebben wij wat gemist, maar het was prettig geweest als dit duidelijker vermeld wordt op voorhand. Nog een kleine tip: Er kwam alle dagen een kat om aandacht vragen en was de hele dag rondom de terassen aanwezig. Niet alleen bij ons, maar ook bij de aanwezige buren. Wij vonden het heel gezellig, maar we kunnen ons voorstellen dat er ook mensen zijn die niet prettig vinden (en zich zorgen maken over hoe mager het beestje is).

Heerlijk uitzicht op Zuid-Limburg...inclusief drielandenpunt bij Vaals...Gebouw waarin de appartementjes waren zag er erg leuk uit ...(bijna volledige gerestaureerd vakhuis?)...

het was ons bij de boeking niet helemaal duidelijk hoe het ter plaatse in elkaar zat...omschrijving : een huis met 3 slaapkamers...in de praktijk zijn het 3 geschakelde appartementjes...2 met 2 slaapkamers...1 met 3 slaapkamers...wel helemaal spic en span overigens (net een paar jaar oud denk ik?)

Schoon huis, alles wat nodig was, was aanwezig. Fijn terras met schitterend uitzicht.

Een eenpersoonsbed kraakte en wiebelde. Maar met twee personen, vier bedden en drie slaapkamers was dat geen probleem.

Alles was aanwezig, prima bedden en een keurig schoon huis in een rustige omgeving. En een fantastisch uitzicht vanaf je terras.

Het was enkele dagen warm, zelfs 38 graden. Warm in de woning. De aanwezigheid van een ventilator zou geen overbodige luxe zijn. Verder viel niets tegen.

Je werd niet welkom geheten door de verhuurder. Sleutel zat in voordeur. Het welkom geheten worden maakt deel uit van je vakantiegevoel. Je kunt de verhoorder dan ook om bruikibare tips met je te delen. Prijs/ Kwaliteit verhoudingen zijn UITSTEKEND.

Schitterend uitzicht, fijn terras met ochtendzon maar je kon ook aan de achterzijde de schaduw opzoeken.

Koelkast was lastig echt koel te krijgen. Moesten hem op stand 6 zetten om het eten en drinken goed koel te houden. Tv bromde erg.

Schön renoviertes Bauernhaus auf dem Lande

Das Haus liegt wunderbar -zwar nah an der Straße, aber sonst von sehr schöner Landschaft umgeben. Es ist geschmackvoll und gut eingerichtet, für Betten sind bequem, es gibt überall Verdunkelungsrollos.

Es gab nach oben, wo die Schlafzimmer sind, eine sehr steile, recht enge Holztreppe; für uns, Anfang 70 , war das noch ok, aber man sollte es in der Beschreibung erwähnen, damit ältere Personen oder Familien mit kleineren Kindern dies wissen. Ansonsten gab es zur Grundausstattung lediglich Kaffeefilter und Spülmaschinentabs. Schön wäre Pfeffer und Salz gewesen, ebenso in der Küche und im Bad ein Wischtuch, vielleicht auch noch Handspülmittel. Wenn man die Ausstattung in Deutschland, Italien oder Dänemark gewöhnt ist, erscheint dies selbstverständlich.

Mooie locatie, mooi uitzicht, rustige omgeving, wandelroute start voor de deur. Huisje 4 was ruim genoeg voor 4 personen en smaakvol ingericht. Fijne matrassen

Ondanks een goed uitgeruste keuken met een vaatwasmachine geen afwasmiddel voor een klein afwasje of handzeep aanwezig. Op zich geen probleem maar zou handig zijn als dit opgenomen wordt bij de informatie dat je dit zelf moet meenemen.

Gezellig huisje op een mooie locatie

Het huisje heeft een erg mooi uitzicht! Er stond een kerstboompje en wat kaarsjes, wat alles nog gezelliger maakte. De keuken was ook compleet. Een aangename badkamer en kamers.

Wij vonden het er koud, overdag waren we er niet veel. Maar 's avonds hadden we toch koud. Voor mijn man was het beddengoed te kort.
