The location is very good because it is a less 4-5 minutes walk from the local train station. There was a well stocked refrigerator for breakfast and lunch/dinner. The hostess even asked us about our food preference. Our hostess gave us a great tip to a local restaurant with friendly staff and good and reasonably priced food that was 10 minutes away by foot. We were the only tourists there. The bus stop to the center is about a 20 minutes walk. From the central station in Bologna, the train stop to the apartment is a 4 minute ride. The flat's location made it possible to easily visit the Ferrari house/museum in Modena (Maranello) as well as go to the beach in Rimini from Bologna Centrale. There are many possibilities to visit other surrounding cities that are 1 to 2 hours away (Italian rail is inexpensive) from Bologna Centrale like Florence, Verona, Ravenna and even San Marino.

The apartment is near the local train station and one hears the passing trains from 5am to midnight, but we were hardly in the flat during the day and the train noise didn't really bother us. At night, it was quiet and we slept with a opened window. The flat has air conditioning, so closing the windows minimises the train noise. I prefer the noise and opened windows.

Czuliśmy się jak w domu. Wybraliśmy pobyt ze śniadaniem. Niczego nie brakowało na śniadania i nie tylko. Ilość produktów taka, że na kolację spokojnie wystarczyło. Patrizia dopytywała w trakcie pobytu czy nic nie brakuje. Bardzo dobre miejsce wypadowe do zwiedzania okolicznych innych miejscowości i samej Bolonii. Przy kolejnej wizycie z pewnością tu wrócimy. Patrizia egy igazán kedves, figyelmes és segítőkész vendéglátó! Sajnos nagy késéssel érkeztünk, de minden információval ellátott, az épületbe és a lakásba is könnyen bejutottunk, ahol patyolat tisztaság és egy ételekkel telepakolt hűtő várt minket érkezéskor. Felvágottak, szószok, italok, gyümölcs és minden, amiből egy kései érkezés esetén egy vacsorát, de még egy másnapi reggelit is össze lehet dobni! Az ágy kényelmes, a lakás teljesen felszerelt, minden igényt kielégít!

Nem találtunk semmi ilyet! Minden tökéletes volt, hálás köszönet Patriziának!
