Two good sized bedrooms. Good bathroom. Functional kitchen.
No comfortable soft chairs, only a sofa bed which was uncomfortable to sit on. Due to major building work and therefore full scaffolding, the approach to the door at the rear was unattractive, though clear of debris and safe
The central heating started up but cut out immediately. A few listed basics (tea towels and toilet paper missing). Rubbish bins not clean and empty.
