Excellent location for the High Street, bars and restaurants and so close to the beach too. Comfortable and quiet despite proximity to busy streets.
The fridge door did not have a shelf for cartons or taller bottles so it was quite frustrating trying to prop up a large bottle of milk. That meant limited space for other things too which is not ideal when we had more groceries than normal because of the festive season.

Perfect location, very comfortable, beautifully decorated
The heating stopped working. Several attempts were made to fix but it kept breaking. We had to buy heaters which meant additional expense. The owners came out but they did not apologise. We were not offered compensation for this. Stuff were helpful but this was a stressful experience.
