Perfection

This property was absolutely perfect. Located 100 yards from the town centre and the beach. Car Parking was literally across the road with plenty of available spaces. Some lovely extras touches by owner on arrival.

Very central. Large apartment plenty of space. Everything you might want including welcome basket

Very minor - Bed creaks. A point for anyone physically limited (didn't effect us). There is an external fairly steep stairway to the entrance. The shower is in a fairly high sided bath with controls you have to crouch down to use even for the shower .

Very clean, spacious, modern and super comfortable - great facilities, layout and we found the location quiet. Very close to the town.

We had a very happy stay here and would have no hesitation in recommending it to others.

The location was superb. Very close to both the beach and the centre of the town. Everything we could possibly want was a very short walk from us. The apartment is very well equipped and has a homey feel.

The chib lock on the front door stuck at one point during our stay. We were going out at the time and had some difficulty in leaving. It only happened the once though.

Nicely decorated and well appointed - great location. Easy walk to nice eateries, pubs, shops and a train station. Free parking across the road. A nice little hill to walk up - only a few mins walk away too.

Lovely flat in North Berwick

Excellent location. Very clean flat. Very well maintained and decorated. Milk and wine on arrival was a bonus!

Would have been helpful to have some more cleaning equipment - ie washing up brush/cloth. Curtains in bedrooms quite thin - blackout blinds would be good. Bin outside was very full!

Beautiful located flat which is very comfortable and close to the beach.

The location was fantastic and we found it easily with great access instructions. on arrival, we received a lovely welcome pack and the flat was well presented and extremely clean. during our stay we found only more positives. the bathroom was lovely with the most amazing shower over the bath. the lounge was very comfortable and so were the beds with amazing pillows. The towels smelt amazing and were very good quality. Overall, we were impressed with the whole stay and would love to return. we used it as a base to head into Edinburgh on the train which was very easy and had a couple of days around the beautiful local sights too. Thank you for a lovely stay 😁

Flat was a bit cold due to high ceilings and no double glazing. The boiler struggled to heat the flat.

Overall a very nice stay and we would come back x

Really enjoyed our stay, the property was lovely and very clean. Parking just around the corner was not a problem. Very nice of the hosts to leave some goodies. We even completed the new jigsaw that was there.

Lacking a place to put toiletries/toilet bags next to the sink. Plenty of floor space so possibly a little corner unit to pop things on. The heating appeared to be on during the night and although instructions for the boiler were in the folder we would never alter someone else's boiler settings. Just a personal thing, others might like it on overnight.

Beautiful property, everything was laid on. Wonderful location, as a lover of architecture this building ticked all my favourite boxes. Extremely well kept, cosy rooms and very clean.

Very minor, Stove needs to be resealed, burns out very quickly.

Thoroughly enjoyed our short break in this well appointed flat.

The location is perfect with easy access to all North Berwick has to offer. This upstairs flat is well furnished with several modern amenities. Fresh flowers, milk and bottle of wine appreciated. Very clean and fresh presentation.

The bathroom was nice, but could do with a toiletries storage facility. Car parking is an issue with no drop off available, especially for inclement weather!
