Newly fitted out main bedroom with lots of accommodation and king size bed. Second bedroom has two single beds.

The property is a ground floor flat and is part of a converted Victorian villa. The flat is directly across the road from the East Bay Beach and has a spectacular panoramic outlook of the bay, the Bass Rock, Craigleith and over to Fife. This comfortable flat is ideal for all types of holidaymaker and is very centrally situated for an attractive range of shops, golf courses, leisure amenities and the local library. Sleeps four. This is the perfect place to unwind and relax. Perfect for families, couples and golfers.

The flat is well equipped with lounge and dining area, two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, full gas central heating, garden with drying facilities and sitting out area and additional front garden.

Accommodation is available for up to 5 people in one double bedroom and a second bedroom with single bed and if needed a very high quality z-bed. Black out curtains to ensure a good night’s sleep. There is also a travel cot if required. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower and toilet.

The flat is well-equipped and includes washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, Neff double oven and hob, TV, digital docking station and wi-fi.

Private off-street parking now available.

Bed linen, towels and fuel costs are included in the weekly rent.

Being on the ground floor this flat is suitable for everyone.

Private, secure side garden with drying facilities and garden furniture. Additional front garden with bench seat to allow you to enjoy the spectacular view across the Firth of Forth.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Lorraine's flat. When we weren't out and about (and getting blown off the golf course by 30 mph winds!) we watched the gannets diving for food just off shore, and the shipping traffic back and forth from Edinburgh. The view of Bass Rock is outstanding.The flat is compact, but it had everything we needed. Besides the Beachfront location, its also an easy walk into town for restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay again if we come back to North Berwick

Lovely, compact apartment with an absolutely stunning beach view - the photos on the site do not do it justice. Good sized rooms with a refurbished shower room complete with underfloor heating. (The whole apartment was very warm).Fantastic location for beaches, town and harbour. North Berwick is a jewel to visit.
