    I honestly do not understand how this property qualifies as a 4-star hotel. Our experience fell far below even basic expectations. First, the room. We were given a corner room that was much smaller than what was shown in the pictures during booking. To make matters worse, it was an accessible room, which we never requested. When we politely asked reception to change rooms, they flat-out rejected our request with no explanation or apology—completely inflexible and unhelpful. The room itself wasn't even clean. The floors looked visibly dirty, as if they hadn't been properly mopped or vacuumed in a while—definitely not what you'd expect from a 4-star property. On top of that, I asked a staff member for a sanitary bag and they had absolutely no idea what I was talking about. For a supposed 4-star hotel, basic amenities and staff training should be a given. Considering the price we paid, this was shocking value. The quality, service, cleanliness, and room simply do not reflect the cost. Overall, a very, very poor experience. We will not be returning and cannot recommend this hotel.

    Night time fire alarms… they couldn’t solve in a short period it took approx. 5-6 hours! Noisy hotel, air cond. and other equipments are running with extreme noise.
