We loved the hotel’s location on the peninsula. It has its own private beach, which we used throughout our stay. After 7 p.m., the beach area turns into a restaurant. We were extremely happy with our swimming experience and didn’t feel the need to visit any other beach. The view was also amazing. The reception was staffed 24/7, and the breakfast was very good and offered enough variety. I had read some reviews saying that the sun loungers were dirty, but the ones by the beach were clean.
The hotel is a little old and could use some maintenance and renovation. Based on previous reviews, we were worried that there might be mould in the rooms, but thankfully there wasn’t any. The rooms were simply a little dated and in need of some upkeep. Although the restaurant has a beautiful view, its prices are slightly higher than those at other hotels, and I didn’t find much variety on the dinner menu. A taxi to Kaş town centre costs around 450 TL, where you can find many more dining options. The hotel does not have its own car park, so you need to find a parking space nearby. The roads are quite narrow, and finding a suitable spot can be difficult. We parked the car and used taxis whenever we went into the town centre, which was much more convenient. If your room is on one of the upper floors, you need to walk up and down approximately 125 steps to reach the beach. This wasn’t a problem for me, but it may be worth keeping in mind. Other than the hotel needing some maintenance, everything was lovely.

This is a really charming hotel with an incredible location and it feels very relaxing. The decking by the sea is incredible and they just added new umbrellas and sunbeds. It also has two pools with good views and in general it is a really beautiful and peaceful hotel. Breakfast was good with fresh local produce and had an incredible sea view every day. Getting to town: you can get a shared minibus into town for 60TL per person. They run twice an hour at 10 past and 40 past each hour. Just walk up to the main road and flag it down. The last one leaves the town at midnight- if you’re later you can get a taxi for 450TL.
Rooms are a bit basic but have good AC and comfortable beds.

Location was fantastic, with its own beautiful beach club is a great win.
English was not great, but thanks to AI we got conversations going.

We took the reviews into account when booking the hotel as it’s right on the water and that’s the main reason for our booking. We expected very subpar stay. The best part about it is the access to the water a right at your hotel, which we loved. There is a walk down with quite a few stairs to the beach club area (so need a few stops on the way up).
As mentioned in other reviews, the cleaning was below average. The cleaner knocked on our door and expected us to leave in that second, didn’t speak English, and made for a few awkward and uncomfortable interactions. The main beach club area the floor was never cleaned. So imagine white wooden panels that are slippery with wet dirty feet… you can see the dirt and it’s not cleaned by the next morning. Feels icky None of the staff speak English and even when you say good morning they ignore you. They could do with some improvement in hospitality and customer service. The rooms are small which are expected, but the beds are super hard , my butt was going numb as I slept. Our toilet blocked but they had a plumber come in and repair it which was great although it always smelt and they used a camping light as a bathroom light so it was super dark. Just expect a subpar experience in exchange for daily swims.
