The WiFi did not reach my apartment room, which was quite frustrating and not ideal. This is indicative of Puerto Escondido as a whole, however, where connectivity is generally quite low/challenging everywhere.

Comfortable quiet hotel in decent location

Clean, large and comfortable rooms, beautiful grounds and pool access. Quiet location in walking distance to three of the main beaches. Good cooking facilities in the apartment.

We weren't given a great deal of information at check in which meant we weren't sure about the catering facilities offered etc. The hotel was undergoing some maintenance work at the time of our stay.

Last week of a month stay

Beds firm but comfortable, good wifi, nice pool, friendly staff. Had room 18 for my last week stay of a month total. A/C was quiet and which I used for a quick cooldown, and proper working toilet. Also a fan but only one speed and noisy. 2nd floor w kitchenette. Room 2 main level I stayed in initially. No A/C but that’s ok. I did fine without it. kitchenette and fan. in room 2 Toilet did not flush properly, sewer smell in bathroom.

The location. I did a lot of walking everyday. Even the 15 minute walk daily or several times a day to get to the main strip with restaurants became tedious after awhile. You can always catch a taxi. Use Didi service, get it on the App Store. it’s like Uber.

Comfortable Place

Comfortable bed, nice big swimming pool, good wifi, housekeeping daily, sheets/towels changed every 3-4 days, personable staff, quiet area. I’ve been here for over three weeks, extended my stay. Staying in a room with kitchenette and fans. Perfect for me.

Location 15 minute walk to many restaurants on Rinconada but there are a few a bit closer across the highway. 20-30 minute hike to the four closest beaches. you can always catch a taxi.

Stayed Three Weeks

Comfortable bed, nice large pool, decent wifi, a few minutes walk to small corner stores, all the male staff were pleasant and friendly. About a 15 minute walk to the Main Street, Rinconada where you will find an assortment of restaurants. Glad I had booked a room with kitchenette.

A fair ways from the main strip on Zicatela, you can walk it but probably want to catch a taxi back. The beaches nearby are 20-30 min walk and they can be challenging, with steps and steep slopes.

Everything was perfect except the listing on booking.com's website shows "on-site coffeehouse" (cafetería en el lugar) and there is no coffee or coffeehouse or food at all. It also says "snack bar" pero hay no snack bar, either.

Tranquilo y relajante

El hotel es cómodo, todas las habitaciones tiene vista hacia la alberca y al jardín. Cuneta con mucha vegetación lo cual lo hace muy bonito. Todas las ventanas en la habitación cuentan con mosquiteros evitando los insectos al interior de éstas. Originalmente reservamos en planta alta, sin embargo, viajaba con una persona adulta mayor, el personal nos ayudó a disponer de una habitación en planta baja lo cual favoreció nuestra estancia. Cierran la alberca a las 9:30 lo cual favorece el descanso para todos los inquilinos. Cuentan con alberca amplia y chapoteadero. Si cuentan con estacionamiento, aspecto que brinda seguridad cuando viajas con tú propio vehículo. aun cuando la zona en la que se encuentra es muy seguro. El hotel cuenta con rampas de accesibilidad, y la zona es muy tranquila. Las playas más cercanas son Puerto Angelito, Manzanillo y Carrizalillo de un lado, mientras que del otro esta playa Bacocho. A un par de calles se encuentra el mirador con una vista espectacular, Sin embargo, las playas se encuentran apróximadamente a 10 minutos en vehículo.

El internet es muy irregular, la señal se interrumpe constantemente, que no te permite navegar adecuadamente, por lo que si vas a trabajar, es muy dificil navegar. Si bien casi todo el personal tiene muy buena actitud en la atención, sólo un chico de recepción tiene una mala actitud, todo el tiempo se muestra molesto, de ahí en fuera las demás personas nos atendieron increíble. La limpieza la hacen muy bien, sin embargo, se mete un poco el olor del caño por el desagüe de la regadera, por lo que cuentan con tapaderas.

Un lugar muy tranquilo y la piscina es grande, el espacio al aire libre es bonito, tienen muchas plantas. Está cerca de la playa y de la zona de alimentos y vida nocturna

Ya son instalaciones un poco viejas, no hay mucha seguridad en las puertas de las habitaciones. En un momento no hubo agua en la habitación aunque parece ser un problema de la región.

Los recepcionistas muy groseros, el baño tenía pelos del huésped anterior, había arañas en el baño, solo rente el cuarto porque estaba esperando mi vuelo, no lo volvería a rentar. Y la verdad está caro para lo que ofrece. Terrible.
