Esta muy bien ubicado, cuenta con todo lo necesario (Refri, estufa, aire acondicionado , utensilios de cocina , agua para beber fría o caliente , regadera en la parte d la piscina. Me agrado el lugar, personal amable.si lo recomiendo.
son departamento con 3 recámaras en donde nosotros estuvimos tuvimos que compartir el baño lo bueno q íbamos en familia y rentamos 2 de las 3 habitaciones y la otra recámara q pertenecía a otro huésped tenía su propio baño, la cocina comedor son uso compartido para las 3 habitaciones. Si vas con niños pequeños deben saber q para bañarlos no hay agua caliente a ninguna hora del día , eso es lo único malo q encontré y lo del baño compartido.y la alberca es un poco fría para los pequeños.

En general está bien, es una buena opción por el precio y lugar. Está cerca de la playa carrizalillo (si se puede nadar), como a 5 min caminando. Es un lugar cómodo y se siente como un AirB&B ya que el hotel está cerrado y te dan llaves de la puerta de afuera y de tu cuarto para que entre y salgas cuando quieras. Tiene aire acondicionado y también hay ventilador. Hay horno de microondas, parrilla, refri y trastes por si quieres cocinar. Hay shampoo y jabón para bañarse y para trastes.La alberca es linda y hay pelotas y un montable para divertirse, no hay horario de estar en la alberca, eso me gustó ya que en otros hoteles te piden que hasta las 9-10 y luego llegas tarde de un tour, y aquí si pudimos estar hasta tarde en la alberca. Nos guardaron nuestras maletas después de hacer check-on para ir a comer. Muy amables, y buena onda.
Está cerca del Aeropuerto, caminamos hasta la avenida para tomar un colectivo que nos llevo al aeropuerto (el colectivo cobra $15 por persona)
En el baño faltaba un cristal (chico) y pusieron una cortina, no afectaba su uso pero fue raro. No hicieron limpieza en la habitacion, no nos afectó realmente ya que somos ordenados, además al no entrar nadie sentimos más seguridad de dejar cámaras, o teléfonos cargando o dinero. Pero igual pregunten al hotel, ya que fuimos una semana antes de semana santa y no se si después si hagan limpieza a diario en las habitaciones. Aquí no hay vista al mar, pero aún así me gusto el Hotel.

Location was good. Air conditioning was good as was ceiling fan. Office manager and cleaner were pleasant.
Facilities in our room definitely could be improved. Bathroom could be updated. Faucet, countertop, etc. This hotel does not ever have hot water. Unknown by staff. Broken window in bathroom. Bed was old and coming apart, frayed on all edges. Night table would be better. No reading light. Paint on walls or a picture would add to this room.
On arrival we were told our toilet wasn’t functioning in our room which was untrue. One of the owners had a friend from Queretero staying in there. During that time they put us in a room in a basement room between the pool pump house and laundry room for two nights. This hotel has broken chairs and broken water dispenser in the common kitchen. The staff try to keep it up but things aren’t fixed or replaced as needed.
