The long elevator lines and the walking. Other than that it was great!

Very spacious and in the middle Of everything, including restaurants and stores.

The showers could have been cleaner. The master shower was atrocious (covered in black mold) and the shower floor was busted and poorly repaired, so we had to use the guest shower. And that shower curtain was covered in mold too.

Very clean and family friendly. Our room had an amazing view and everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Waiting so long for elevators.

Nice spacious apartment. Very comfortable.

The apartment was basically clean nothing really to nitpick about, not all furniture was as pictured…the toilets ran until you jiggled the handles, the shower was nice and spacious but it was obviously quickly repaired because there was some sort of caulk plastered in the bottom. The balcony view was beautiful. However I was under the assumption there were no dogs allowed (my autistic daughter has a fear of dogs) and right next to us had a large breed dog that barked constantly. My daughter wouldn’t even go out on the balcony. Getting from the 19 floor to the actual beach took forever. The elevators were always full and took 20 mins or so to get to the bottom and they were so overfilled every ride down. I had my disabled sister and autistic daughter with me and between getting the luggage up to and from the room and then taking the trip down to the beach I really didn’t get to do much with them other than set up take down and lug the bags forever away. I was so tired I didn’t feel much like doing anything. The desk clerk at check in and check out was awful rude too.
