Spacious Beach Condo with Gulf Views! Sleeps 8! by Dolce Vita Getaways PCB

It was beautiful and exactly what we advertised. The host was amazing and very attentive

The parking. You had a really far walk especially with luggage. The facility has luggage carts but they are in the lobby which is a ways from the room also.

I loved the spaciousness of the room, the huge balcony and the comfy beds. The kitchen was awesome with being stocked with pots/pans, plates, utensils, etc. The master bedroom was fantastic with tons or room and the bathroom was AMAZING. It was HUGE and gave us plenty of space to place our playpen for our toddlers bed in without feeling cramped. The second bedroom was awesome with ALOT of space and even the bunk bed area was like a small room with cabinets for storage. The beach equipment unded the bunk bed was an awesome surprise. This was my favorite room ive had in my many visits to panama city beach. I love having the Wharf buffet right down stairs, the wrap around dock was awesome, and just how big the leisurely spots were. Plenty of seating on the outdoor ground location which was awesome. I loved the light shower in the water and being able to see the turtles, fish, and little alligator in the lake. At night when the lights are on and they have live music, it was awesome. I would have loved to enjoy a night down there without chasing kids around but nobody seemed annoyed and the musician was sweet as he saw my toddler dancing to his music and clapping for him. Overall, awesome stay as this was my second time here!

The shower door in the master bedroom would not close, and it seemed like the cleaning of it was bare minimum of wiping down the doors and glass, and the floor. The caulk and shower stripping would drop black moldy stuff if you tried touching it to fix it, so after I saw that I didnt want to touch it. Also the rug outside needed to be cleaned/pressure washed. The seating on the dock on the ground level was missing cushions on some peices as well. And lastly, only really dealt with one staff member but she just seemed annoyed with me or with work or something on the two times I went into the lobby (one for check in and one for check out- our door code stopped working on the day of, but I was able to contact our booking agent online instead and she was immediately helpful and resolved the problem).

Floors were only swept but never mopped, made our feet black. The front door had chipped paint all over it , it kept falling off on everything coming and leaving the condo. Patio furniture, we cleaned to get the mildew off the chairs and table. But over all what was bad is that the grounds have not been kept up... maybe try a new property manager and raise the HOA fees... Sunbirds across the street looks new and was built in 1984 vrs Wharf built in 2007.
