Perched on the 13th floor, this thoughtfully designed unit features an open-concept layout with ocean views from the living room, kitchen, and primary bedroom, creating a bright and relaxing coastal atmosphere throughout. Step out onto your private balcony to enjoy the sea breeze and stunning sunsets.
The primary suite includes a king bed, en-suite bathroom, and direct water views, while the guest bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed. A twin-over-twin bunk nook and sleeper sofa in the living room provide additional sleeping options, making this condo ideal for families or groups.
The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for dining in, and the spacious living area offers plenty of room to unwind after a day at the beach.

Laketown Wharf is known for its incredible resort-style amenities, including 5 unique pools, a lakefront boardwalk, fitness center, rooftop putting green, garage parking, and nightly fountain and light shows. Plus, you`re just a short walk to the beach, as well as some of Panama City Beach’s best dining, shopping, and entertainment!
Things to Note:
- There is a $105 one-time resort fee that includes 2 parking passes and 8 wristbands. This fee is not included in the booking payment and is for your entire stay, not per person. A link will be provided, upon booking, for you to pay this fee directly to Laketown Wharf. Individuals 12+ years old are required to wear a wristband. A $50 charge will be assessed for each missing or broken wristband upon checkout.
- The individual booking must be 21+ and staying at the condo for the duration of the booking.
- The following are prohibited: smoking/vaping, pets, parties/events, unregistered guests, excessive noise, throwing/hanging/dropping items from balconies, climbing/sitting on balcony railings, golf carts, Slingshots, scooters, ATVs, trailers, boats, RVs, commercial vehicles, and any activity in violation of Laketown Wharf HOA rules.
- The parking garage clearance is 7 feet.
- All common areas and amenities like the pool, gym, front desk, etc. are managed by Laketown Wharf Resort. We do not have control over the working conditions of equipment, maintenance, or availability.
- All amenities, restaurants, etc. are subject to seasonal operation.
- The individual booking must be 21+ and staying at the condo for the duration of the booking.
- The following are prohibited: smoking/vaping, pets, parties/events, unregistered guests, excessive noise, throwing/hanging/dropping items from balconies, climbing/sitting on balcony railings, golf carts, Slingshots, scooters, ATVs, trailers, boats, RVs, commercial vehicles, and any activity in violation of Laketown Wharf HOA rules.

Overall was a great trip. Few minor things but were handled pretty quickly. New wrist band thing was good but feel like it should just be adults that have to wear them and kids could have throw away ones.

We enjoyed our stay at Laketown. There are a few hoops to jump through and hidden fees associated with Laketown that we weren’t aware of. Also, didn’t seem very well stocked. There was only one fork in the silverware drawer and kitchenware in general needs to be restocked. Location was great as well as the view.
