Fabulous beach hut with all you need and a hot tub as a bonus
Nothing really

Lovely cabin, very clean and views were amazing! Also lovely staff on site who were very helpful.
Just a few things that need attention - no hooks anywhere for coats ,towels, dressing gowns - robes provided for hot tub but not even hooks outside meaning everything got wet. Not enough storage in bedrooms and outside area muddy - walk to car was very dirty, some slabs/stepping stones to cabin doors would be useful.

We stayed 1 night although booked fur 2 nights we left early only because we did not get a sleep S the bed was so uncomfortable we were both very tired the next day with painful backs with the uncomfortable bed

Lovely lodge and beautiful, well maintained grounds. Location was ideal for us with the dog, right on the Fife coastal path. All staff were lovely and very helpful. Fantastic value for money. We will definitely be returning!

The views from the cabin and the quietness of the site although it was the last week in Nov
Nice walk into the town of Crail, about 15 mins along the scenic coastal path
The running costs of the wood fired hot tub - around £30 Per use if you brought logs from the park reception
One bag of logs were supplied as a token jesture and had to buy matches and firelighters from reception
The logs can be purchased cheaper nearby

Location was fantastic great wee site
Dissapointed with WiFi having to pay a measly £2 per day extra. We arrived late so couldn’t purchase the WiFi and with our disabled son this was very upsetting for him as he simply relies on this for tech. At the price for 2 nights or so the WiFi shouldn’t be an extra in this day it’s simply a given especially knowing the signal in the area on cellular is poor!

Location was great. Right on the beach, but that was just about the only positive we could find.
Night check-in was awful, although I’m sure most visitors don’t have to do it. They didn’t communicate with us, so I had to call an emergency line to figure out info about key pick-up; also the cottages are not well marked and it’s pitch-black, so it’s hard to locate.
Couldn’t figure out how to lock the cottage (it was not self explanatory), so we had to go to reception in the morning.
It was supposed to be “glamping”, but there were absolutely zero creature comforts. I suppose it would be fine if you were traveling locally, but my family only spent a few days here during a 12 day holiday. No toiletries, no matches for the wood fire, only two towels (for a family cabin), only two pillows, and no bed linens for the pull out bed.
Also there was lots of mold in the bathroom.

Fabulous location with seaview. Loved the close access to the beach. Very peaceful and tranquil but well located for access to local amenities at Crail. Super cute cabin, perfect for couple of days break. Cosy, clean and comfortable. Very dog friendly - my dog is generally quite anxious in new places and was very content during our stay.
Would have loved a light over the kitchenette.

Loved the Seafront location, being on the fife costal path meant there was plenty of places to explore. plus only a short walk in to the town.

We were a couple having a two night break in the deluxe beach hut for a birthday treat.
The view was stunning. The bed was super cosy and comfortable. Bathroom had everything needed perfect.
The downside was when we arrived the beach hut was full of flies like about 15 of them, we spent about 30 minutes killing them they were in every room, on the bedding in the bathroom on sofa.
once that was done it was absolutely great. The hot tub was lovely althpugh near the park and kids were playing past 9/10pm so it was a bit noisy but a luxury to be appreciated anyways!
You could go out later than that and would be beautiful to watch starts. Just us two oldies are early to bed 😴
The hot tub took less time to heat that expected which was a bonus.
fabulous location for kids being close to the park and beach.
Will definitely be back with my daughter next time she will love it. The hosts were lovely and the place was clean and peaceful. Watching the view eating dinner was my favourite thing.
Maybe just bring fly spray next time I understand fully its only natural for a few flies due to the large doors patio area. but they must have just timed it wrong that that many were there when we arrived!
Overall would highly recommend and will definitely be back in future look forward to it. I feel bad mentioning the flies as everything else was spot on! Thank you.
Just the amount of flies but that's not really anyone's fault they must have just got in when cleaning was being done. No negatives atall really!

Beautiful setting, so close to the shore and the views are fantastic. It was so peaceful. Our cabin was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and really comfortable, and we really enjoyed the hot tub. We found all the staff extremely friendly, kind and helpful - thank you 😊
(Just a note if you don't have a car, it's really good as its near enough to walk to crail to shop in the co-op. However, if you're in one of the farther away cabins it's a bit further a walk - this was fine for us but may be more difficult if you have younger kids and no car)
We liked everything :)

The heated outdoor pool, views, and the quirky beach hut.
Small things that would have helped. Outdoor poor opening for longer (closed at 430 peak summer)
WiFi chargeable, no mobile phone signal. One bag of logs for hot tub, needs more than this aswell as kindling.

Our little bungalow was comfy, cozy and had a great view. It had everything we needed. The park is located on the Coastal Trail, and it was a 15 minute walk into Crail. We will be back!
Our kitchenette could have used some newer knives.

Friendly staff at both check-in and check-out. Location is absolutely beautiful. The glamping pod we hired was right on the beachfront even saw some Orca whales :)

Excellent location on the beach front, the woodfired hotub was exceptional
Thought the glamping pod was needing a revamp, limited space in the shower, bed linen is not the best, probably needs an extra pillow,, no extra loo rolls, no chopping board, which it needs, outdoor table and chairs need replacing very old and weathered,

We’ve been before and we’ll go again. Stunning location and the lodges are lovely. The view from the accommodation is spectacular and the hot tub is brilliant.
Frustrating that there is no electricity charging and the company will not allow guests to use external plugs. It’s a long walk to the nearest public charger which is v unreliable.

Location amazing, pod amazing and well kitted out.
Wood fired hot tub very misleading. 1 bag of wood supplied - even though upon reading instructions, it required 3-4 bags. Totally pointless.

Pod was lovely and clean, facilities in the pod were great, location was beautiful and staff really friendly. Hot tub was nice and we did enjoy it. Had to buy our own fire lighters and kindling but apart from that everything was great. We’d definitely come back.

The accommodation was perfect for our stay. The views were amazing to wake up to daily. It was quiet and peaceful. The bed & sofa were comfortable, a great shower. Having the views, log fire & hot tub were our main reason for staying to celebrate a special birthday. We weren't disappointed.
Nothing really, the accommodation had all the basics you need for a short stay.

Excellent quiet location and spotlessly clean.
Great facilities for our needs.
Prefer an electric hot tub, took 3 bags of logs and 3 hours to heat the wood fired one.
Need more pillows as only 1 flat pillow per person was supplied.

Loved the peace & quiet of the site. Great waterfront location. Hot tub was perfect for me and swing park perfect for my daughter. All made for a very relaxing break.
The bathroom/drains smell on arrival wasn’t great. Just aired, bought candle from the site shop & used the extraction fan for rest of holiday.

Tolle Lage mit teilweise Meersicht, sehr sauber und viel Platz.
Hot Tub war super schön.
Sehr neue Inneneinrichtung.
Keine Grundsachen in der Küche, wie z.B. Salz und Pfeffer
