Just wonderful, everything tbh!!!

The Bothy is a very cosy and beautifully situated small cabin in the woods! It's a short walk from the car park where the pull along trollies are helpfully available. Excellent communication before we arrived gave us a good idea of what to expect, and we were not disappointed. A lovely touch was the welcome note and gift which was waiting for us on arrival. Thank you! The sleeping arrangements in the Bothy are a set of two double bunk beds which are surprisingly comfortable and the blackout curtains ensure a good level of privacy. We were attending a wedding at nearby Cambo House, so we did not use the cooking facilities or the tipi with the firepit - maybe next time!

We were two couples (of "mature years"!) who fortunately know each other very well. There is not a lot of privacy for changing into wedding finery! To be fair, we were well warned about this and for us it did not matter. The steps to the upper bunk are potentially a bit hazardous for the less agile - could a handrail be provided?

Absolutely lovely property in a very beautiful site. The wildflowers and birdsong were amazing. There are so many positive things to say about the bothy, not least its cleanliness and its comfort. Appreciated the dog extras, and the information about the bothy and the eco products beings used.

Getting the trolley up the z bends! Tricky when loaded!

The property is quite unique and environmentally friendly. It’s is in a beautiful and peaceful location and gives you the chance to really get away from it all. The facilities are excellent with a lot of well thought out extras to support outdoor living such as barbecue, fire pit, hammock etc
