After a difficult start we very much enjoyed our stay at the property.
Comfortable bed and sofas. Great location. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely towels.
On arrival we couldn’t get the key in the lock so were unable to get in. Phoned for help and were directed to emergency key. Managed to open the door with this one, though with difficulty. Maintenance man came the next day, agreed there was a problem and fixed it. All ok after that. Some hand wash in the bathroom would be nice.

Lovely comfortable cosy house with views of the estuary and easy access to the town centre.
Lovely cosy clean house with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Clear detailed information in the welcome pack. Everything was very clean when we arrived. Good attention to detail thought the house - like ample storage in the bedrooms and hooks on the back of doors. Super location very close to town but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. Also just near the beginning of the cliff walk round the bay.
Parking was a little tricky as there is none near the cottage. However, this is the norm for Padstow so we didn’t mind. We used Link car park which was a 10 min walk. Phone the parking line to book for more than 24 hours.

We had a very relaxing week in the perfect location with just a few niggles about the property’s facilities.
We knew it was in the perfect location for us- quiet but easy access to town and the beaches. Always like to have a private garden too. The main bedroom and new bathroom were bright and fresh , lovely blinds almost everywhere. Towels and bedding were superb. Everywhere was very clean.
There wasn’t a full length mirror or even dressing table mirror, no shaving/toothbrush charging socket. Not even a wall mirror of any description in downstairs cloakroom. The dining area was dull and disappointing . Upstairs seemed fresh and almost finished but downstairs not so. The outside washroom needs plenty of attention! Instructions for operating TV in the welcome file are not for the correct remote control so took some time to figure out! Other properties we have rented in Padstow over the last 35 years provide sun loungers or deck chairs for relaxing in the garden but sadly not here .

Gorgeous property, loved staying here.
Beautiful property, with everything you could want and need. The bedding and all furnishings were of a very high standard. Beautiful garden and views. Will definitely stay here again.
Everything was amazing. Only downside was no parking at property, but it was easy enough to unload, and then find parking in Padstow.
