With estuary views from the master bedroom and a stone-walled cottage garden, this charming home invites a couple or family to come and explore the popular Cornish coastal town of Padstow.


Step inside this warm and inviting property where the galley-style kitchen boasts a beautiful Belfast-style sink, slate-tile floor and everything you need to cook up a storm. Enjoy your culinary creations in the cosy dining area or sit back and relax in the comfortable living room, complete with French doors leading out to a raised area overlooking the picturesque garden. A convenient external side shed housing the washing machine and cloakroom can also be found on the ground floor. Upstairs, the master king-size bedroom offers breathtaking views of the garden and estuary. There’s also a fun-filled bunk room, ideal for children. The stylishly tiled family bathroom is the perfect place to end the day with a relaxing soak and completes the internal layout. From the living room, step outside to find yourself on a paved area with an outdoor dining set and a charcoal BBQ. You’ll love the pretty walled garden, complete with flower borders, a shed, and a spacious lawn creating the perfect oasis to relax and unwind.


For those who love to explore, the South West Coast Path is just a few hundred metres from the doorstep, beckoning you to embark on a scenic adventure. If you prefer to travel on two wheels, try the Camel Trail, which leads from Padstow to Bodmin, taking in glorious scenery along the way. Foodies will be in their element with an abundance of acclaimed restaurants to choose from. Freshly caught fish is a highlight on many menus, and no visit to the town is complete without indulging in a scoop or two of delicious Cornish ice cream. With several stunning golden sandy beaches within a 5-mile radius and the surf town of Newquay just 15 miles down the coast, you’ll never be short of things to do.
