Lashings of hot water and lovely and warm cottage. Great location.

The cottage was lovely and cosy. Lashings of hot water. We didn't use the kitchen, other than the kettle, so can't comment on facilities. Nice quiet corner.

A house sign would have been useful. The fridge door didn't always seal closed. The light fitting in the main bedroom was scary! The bathroom could do with updating.

Like staying in a grotty flat in Rhyl

TVs in both bedrooms and location

Main thing was the smell, everything was broken, dishes and plates smelt so we ate out rather than clean the whole kitchen, mattress on main bed was over tired, things needed painting, toilet flush hanging off, holes in walls, rotting stinking bin outside front door, white stains on everything Not fit for 4 people, as no floor space in bedroom when beds are in use, one of us left for hotel because of this also the smell of damp was making her asthma bad

Location only

Bedding was not ironed and fitted sheet was torn and worn.. Shower very small. No toilet rolls and no iron It was very dark when returning at night an outside light was on the wall but this did not work. Also I have never been on a cottage holiday that did not have a basic welcome pack .🤨

Disappointed

We loved the cottage and it's situation, but it really needs some love, if we had known it was half way through renovation we wouldnt have booked it. The paintwork was terrible, there was no where to hang coats downstairs, there was no pan's just a frying pan and a pan lid also all but one of the remotes had batteries.It would take just one week's work to make it a beautiful cottage to smarten up the paintwork on the interior and outside on the window frames and sort out the fake grass. Also the bedding didn't fit the bed and was torn at the corners all it needs is a few pounds to buy deeper fitted bedding. We put up with it's downfalls as we were in need of a break. On the up side the sofa was lovely just a shame the decor and facilities inside the cottage were unacceptable. So we would not stay there again and would not recommend it to family or friends sorry

Cosy and nice it had what we needed.

It had everything we needed. It was quite and lovely and warm.

Having the bathroom downstairs and no welcome pack with Wi-Fi code or what to do with the rubbish wasn’t helpful. The internal doors didn’t close properly and no blinds in the kitchen. The door to the bathroom could do with being properly painted. It looked a bit rubbish.

The surroundings are beautiful and the food in the bay hotel is amazing as is the laurel inn I wouldn’t book this cottag

Some parts of it were lovely and comfy but it’s clear the cottage is being renovated but no mention of this on booking

Very basic not enough utensils to cook with no toilet brush no itinerary so we missed the bin day and the quilt fell out of the cover as the press studs were broken, the 2nd bedroom states en suite and it’s just a small shower cubicle the shower was grand but there is all black around the bottom of it not clean at all

Great location but property needs a bit more attention

Location was great, in the lower village and great for the beach and hiking trails

Not very clean, fridge and shower were not clean and the property seemed to be part way through been redecorated. Lots of unfinished paint work.
