Things seem new. Everything i needed was there (even plaster). I particularly like the little office chair. WiFi works and hot water is hot enough. AC is included. I like the design of the toilet. And the apartment is quite spacious. The ceiling is high and looks good.
A fruit store and a supermarket are nearby. It's not a long walk to the valley. The owner is really nice and provided me with some dinner recommendations.
It is totally worth the price.

El desayuno era con un voucher, sugeriría al anfitrión sugerir al café sean más generosos en el desayuno, sólo café con leche y una medialuna por persona se. El anfitriïn muy amable estuvo a nuestra dispisición , nos contestaba en castellano por Whatsapp, y en el diálogo personal fue encantador.Cerca de Matera, lugar tranquilo y bonito para descansar .
Sólo el desayuno q sugeriría sea más generoso .Todo lo demás muy bien estacionamos sin problemas, muy atento el anfitrión .Bonito y moderno el lugar
