Paolo e' una persona gentile, presente e disponibile a risolvere nel migliore dei modi qualsiasi richiesta o problema riscontrate. Insomma una persona che non si tira mai indietro e che oltre alle sue responsabilita' di host cerca di renderti il soggiorno piu' facile e piacevole! Infatti ci anche condiviso moltissimi suggerimenti su dove passare le serate tra le sagre del resttiorio e di Gioia Del Colle e dove mangiare nelle localita' di mare e quali spiagge e posti da visitare. Inoltre la cucina e' grande e attrezzatissima.
sul sito e' segnalato solo in fondo alla descrizione che l'accesso alla cucina e' su richiesta e a pagamento ma non e' specificato nei servizi forniti. Non avevo letto fino in fondo la descrixzione e questo mi ha creato all'arrivo, una discussione con l'host che mi ha subito chiarito la cosa e mi e' venuto incontro dandomi accesso alla cucina e scusandosi per il disguido. Sarebbe meglio che booking aggiorni la descrizione e la faccia apparire tra i servizi disponibili nel B&B cosi' da evitare inutili incomprensioni

• The space was very clean.
• Comfortable bed and well-working air conditioning.
• The bathroom is in the hallway (not attached to the room), which made me feel unsafe as a solo female traveler. This is because the door to the bedroom doesn’t lock from the hallway so the room is essentially unlocked while you shower. This made me feel vulnerable.
• The listing states “bed and breakfast,” but no breakfast was provided. I messaged the owner ahead of time to arrange breakfast but was told it was not possible. I did notice in the reviews that another guest received breakfast just one month before my stay.
• The property is essentially a garage apartment, which isn’t clear from the main description.
• Because of the bathroom setup, I wasn’t able to fully relax or follow my usual self care routines during my stay.
Overall:
While the property has some positives, the listing was not fully accurate. I recommend the host clarify the bathroom situation and remove “breakfast” from the description to help future guests (especially solo travelers) make informed decisions. With this information I believe the owner will attract the proper guest well suited for this listing.
