B & B Sotto la Volta

🇬🇧 We stayed at Sotto la Volta for one night for a wedding and had a really lovely experience. Mino was incredibly kind and helpful, and honestly went above and beyond for us — he drove us to the wedding and even offered to pick us up afterwards, which was so thoughtful and made everything much easier. Breakfast was excellent, and after a late night we definitely took our time getting going in the morning! Mino was very understanding and flexible with our late, slow checkout, which we really appreciated. Even though we were only there for one night, we felt very welcome and well looked after. Thank you, Mino, for the great hospitality! 🇮🇹 Abbiamo soggiornato una notte a Sotto la Volta in occasione di un matrimonio e ci siamo trovati davvero bene. Mino è stato gentilissimo e super disponibile, e si è davvero messo a disposizione per aiutarci: ci ha accompagnato al matrimonio e si è anche offerto di venirci a riprendere, cosa che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo. La colazione era ottima e, dopo una serata di festa, la mattina siamo stati decisamente più lenti del solito! Mino è stato molto comprensivo e disponibile anche con i nostri tempi un po’ più lunghi per il check-out. Anche se siamo rimasti solo una notte, ci siamo sentiti davvero accolti e benissimo. Da rivedere i muri della cameretta... Troppa umidità

Bella struttura di recente ristrutturazione in casa tipica... spazi ampi e ben gestiti... ottima posizione per visitare tutta la Puglia centrale fino a Matera... Ottima l'accoglienza, perfetta la comunicazione e la disponibilità a risolvere i piccoli problemi...

Sul divano letto materassi bassi, dove si sentono tutte le molle...

The refrigerator didnt work since we arrived. As long as we saw that, We told the staff that came, check it and told it was about to work OK but didnt. Told again, went back to our room, and went saying now it was ok and if still didnt work to write a WhatsApp. Of course never worked, wrote WhatsApp, the owner showed, watched it and said Yesterday worked, that he didnt know why wasnt working at the moment because it was new, stared at us like saying "'m sorry", didnt offer any solution ir compensation and went away. Sadly we had to throw away all the food that we had bought and recquired fridge. Dont know if we where unlucky but we're not coming back there and not recommended, bad experience
