We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options to choose from. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, modern, stylish, and clearly recently renovated. Everything felt clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place!

10/10 for us. We honestly didn’t expect to like this place quite this much. From the photos we knew it looked nice, but in reality it has much more character. It’s an old restored building, partly built into the rock, with several levels, terraces and amazing views over the town, mountains and the sea. You get beautiful light in the morning, a bit of sunset in the evening, and generally a lot of moments when you just stop and look around. It also feels much more like a proper boutique hotel than we expected. Everything is very thoughtfully designed, but not in that slightly soulless “designer hotel” way. The old architecture, the cave elements and all the modern details work really well together. Our room was big, spotless and super comfortable. Great bed, everything felt new, and there were lots of little details we genuinely enjoyed - lovely eco toiletries, cork slippers, and small custom touches connected to Puglia. It sounds minor, but these are exactly the things that make a place feel considered rather than generic. The biggest surprise for us, though, was how personal the whole stay felt. Miriam and her family are incredibly warm and helpful, and there is this rare combination of high hotel standards with the feeling that you’re actually being looked after by real people. They were always happy to help, very flexible with us, and communication was ridiculously easy - including WhatsApp, which we appreciated a lot. Breakfast was exceptional. Fresh, homemade, really tasty and beautifully done. You can tell that a lot of things here are made with actual care. And then there is the restaurant. Definitely don’t skip it. It’s inside the cave, the space is gorgeous, and the food was genuinely fantastic. Much closer to fine dining than to “hotel restaurant”, which was another very pleasant surprise. The location was also perfect for us: close enough to the centre, but not in a busy touristy area.

La climatisation ne fonctionne pas correctement et la personne qui nous a accueillis a commencé par nous expliquer que c'était nous qui voulions une chambre trop froide (il faisait 28° dans la chambre et c'est descendu seulement à 27° la nuit). On aurait dû nous proposer de changer de chambre, ou a minima formuler des excuses et proposer un ventilateur (il a fallu que je le demande...). On nous a proposé une autre chambre le dernier soir parce que j'ai dit que j'avais mal dormi... Il n'y a pas de parking sécurisé. La route devant l'hôtel est très très passante et donc bruyante et l'environnement/la vue donne sur un quartier plutôt délabré/industriel. A notre départ, personne pour nous dire au revoir et vérifier Beaucoup de potentiel mais très déçue par le rapport qualité prix. A 200 euros la nuit, on s'attend à un service de bien meilleure qualité (et si les clients veulent avoir 22 ou 23° dans leur chambre on ne leur dit pas que c'est trop froid 😉).
