Außergewöhnliches, wunderschönes Anwesen. Von der Familie liebevoll gestaltet und geführt. Das Restaurant ist ebenfalls sehr empfehlenswert.

What a beautiful hotel! We had such an amazing time staying here. The room and space around the hotel was beautiful and relaxing to stay. The food was incredible for breakfast each morning and at the restaurant. And the family and staff were so friendly and overall lovely to interact with each day. They made us feel like we were at a home away from home. We can’t wait to be back one day to stay again!

My stay at Tufo Bianco Relais was wonderful from beginning to end. I stayed in Room 1, which was exceptionally spacious and spotlessly clean. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent, with many delicious homemade specialties. What made the stay particularly special was the family behind the relais. Miriam was incredibly warm, attentive and helpful throughout my stay. She also helped me arrange my transfer, which I really appreciated, and I was very happy with the transfer service as well. A very special thank you to Patrizia, Miriam’s mother, who is a wonderful cook. When I arrived, I was delighted to find that she had prepared an aperitif with some of her homemade food. I had arrived hungry and was not expecting this at all, so it was such a thoughtful and lovely welcome. Her cooking was one of the highlights of my stay, and breakfast, with its homemade products, was exceptional as well. Many thanks as well to Mimmo, Miriam’s father, for his kindness and hospitality. There is something very special about staying in a place run by a family who genuinely cares about their guests. Miriam, Patrizia and Mimmo each contributed in their own way to making my stay so enjoyable and memorable. I left with very fond memories and would recommend Tufo Bianco Relais wholeheartedly.

La climatisation ne fonctionne pas correctement et la personne qui nous a accueillis a commencé par nous expliquer que c'était nous qui voulions une chambre trop froide (il faisait 28° dans la chambre et c'est descendu seulement à 27° la nuit). On aurait dû nous proposer de changer de chambre, ou a minima formuler des excuses et proposer un ventilateur (il a fallu que je le demande...). On nous a proposé une autre chambre le dernier soir parce que j'ai dit que j'avais mal dormi... Il n'y a pas de parking sécurisé. La route devant l'hôtel est très très passante et donc bruyante et l'environnement/la vue donne sur un quartier plutôt délabré/industriel. A notre départ, personne pour nous dire au revoir et vérifier Beaucoup de potentiel mais très déçue par le rapport qualité prix. A 200 euros la nuit, on s'attend à un service de bien meilleure qualité (et si les clients veulent avoir 22 ou 23° dans leur chambre on ne leur dit pas que c'est trop froid 😉).
