Well equiped apartment, good value but needs flywire on the window.

The car parking was secure and the kitchen was well equiped. The price of the apartment was very reasonable even considering some of its shortfalls. The host was very responsive and helpful as we arrived a little earlier than expected although well after 15H but 1 hour before our expeced 17:H.

The apartment was hot even on a moderately hot day 27c because it is just below the roof. The window had no flywire which for us was a major problem because we made the mistake of opening the window in the evening and the apartment filled with mosquitoes with no fly killer provided to eliminate the problem. The airconditioner is very efficient but noisy. We would have preferred if access codes and instructions information was sent earlier on reciept of payment and before we were in transit so we could review and if necessary ask questions. The in apartment information concerning local transport is not sufficient requiring a paragraph to properly discribe where to catch the bus rather than a printed map with small font difficult to interpret.

Great place for a few days with easy access to Lyon.

Very quick to accommodate us due to poor previously booked accommodation in Lyon. We were able to book and move in within an hour, saving a night of our holiday. Although our of the centre of old Lyon, we could easily walk to restaurants, bus stops, and Metro stop to access all of Lyon. Wifi was great and aircon coped in +40°C heat! Easy walk to nearby Carrefour Express for fresh bread, croissants and decent wine. Very secure gated parking. Stayed 4 nights and would certainly stop here again.

Merci pour ce séjour, c'était très propre, très calme. Très bon emplacement car très proche du vieux Lyon. Tout était parfait. Les hôtes sont très gentils et très réactifs. Nous reviendront avec plaisir 😁

Logement très confortable, conforme à sa description

Logement tout à fait auquel je m'attendais selon la description. Place de parking pour voiture, literie très confortable, bonne situation, équipements conformes à la description et bien complet, propreté impeccable. Les consignes pour récupérer les clés sont claires. Les hôtes sont réactifs pour répondre aux messages et questions diverses et en plus, par message, ils sont très sympathiques. J'y retournerai volontiers et recommanderai cet hébergement près de Lyon.

Très bon séjour au calme.

La climatisation par temps de canicule, c'était vraiment parfait !! Ainsi que la machine à laver. Nous sommes restés plusieurs jours et avons fait du sport. Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir laver nos affaires.

Le plan de travail de la cuisine, un peu petit mais bon dans un petit studio on ne peut pas faire beaucoup mieux !

Il y a une climatisation, l'appartement est bien aménagé. à proximité de mes lieux de rendez-vous sur Lyon 9ème. Je recommande pour ceux qui se déplace dans la zone.

Les oreillers pour dormir sont peut-être un peu durs à mon goût. Préciser qu'il n'y a pas de savon sur place (certains le propose). Egalement pour les serviettes préciser que vous en fournissez, j'avais amené les miens n'ayant pas vu l'information clairement.

Hezký apartmán se vším co potřebujete kousek od centra Lyonu

Hezky zařízený apartmán, vybavená kuchyň, parkovací místo, moc milí majitelé, 10 minut do centra na koloběžce, klidná slepá ulice, hezký výhled z okna do stromu s třešněmi :-), pohodlná postel, o ulici víš skvělá pekárna i carrefour express s potravinami. Skvělý poměr cena/výkon! Doporučuji

Appartamento top nella bella Lione

Soggiorno breve ma intenso. All'arrivo la posizione dell`appartamento ci ha intimoriti ma la vicinanza alla metro e alle stazioni bus ha risolto ogni preoccupazione. La stanza era impeccabile sia per pulizia che per gli utensili da cucina (abbiamo trovato tutto!) e l`arredamento che la compone (letto nuovissimo e comodissimo). Davvero cute! Michel è stato un bravo host, sin da subito disponibile a comunicare con noi. A coronare il tutto è stato il parcheggio privato all`interno del cortile protetto da un cancello, che per tre giorni ha ospitato anche la nostra macchinina. Consiglio al 100% questo appartamento per un bel soggiorno a nella bella Lione.

Un très bon emplacement pour visiter Lyon . Proche des transports en commun et proche du centre de Lyon. Parking sécurisé dans la residence. Appartement fonctionnel, propre, agréable, calme. Tres bonne relation avec l'hôte qui est tres réactive.

On a aimé le parking privé et le quartier calme, ainsi que la propreté du logement. Le studio est fonctionnel, et il y a un métro à 1km, le bus à 200m.

Le lit pliant n'est pas confortable, matelas creux au milieu, sommier déformé, cela peut suffire pour une personne, mais pour deux ce nest pas cosy.. Cloisons trop fines, du coup on entend tout ce que font les voisins, même s'ils sont discrets: le studio est entre deux autres logements.

L'emplacement géographique Communication avec les propriétaires Le livret d'accueil ( il faudrait rajouter un plan de la ville) Pas de chocolat comme indiqué dans le livret d'accueil 😔 mais ça reste un détail. Par contre merci pour le thé et le café

Le lit canapé pas confortable du tout, c'est bien pour 1 ou 2 nuits max mais pas plus. On entend tout ce que les voisins font et du coup il n'y a pas d'intimité. Les volets sont âgés, du coup la lumiere rentre tôt dans la chambre. Sortir les poubelles et enlever les draps ( alors que le ménage est compris dans le prix) Il faut penser à ramener du produit vaisselle et du papier WC car il y en a pratiquement pas.

L'emplacement est idéal avec un parking ce qui n'est pas négligeable. L'appartement est propre et fonctionnel. Tout était très bien.
