The location was good with easy access to main places.
The space in the house was good but could have better organisation for the clothes.
Easy parking in the surroundings.
The only possibility to cook was a microwave oven.
The mattress in the bed could be better, too much use.
The AC was not working.

Very centric and close to city center. The bed was comfortable. The coffee machine made a very good coffee. Apartment was clean when I arrived.
There are some things that I recommend the owner to look for:
1. There was a particular smell in the apartment. Maybe it's personal, but that air freshener doesn't smell very well.
2. In the bathroom, there are 2 soap dispensers. I found out, during my shower, that they were empty. Very dissatisfied. You either put soap or you just remove them and let the guest understand they need to buy their own shower gel and shampoo. This is not acceptable.
3. There are no curtains in the kitchen's window, and the apartment is in front of the road as it's on 1st floor techically. Many people look at windows when passing by. There was no privacy. Curtains are needed there.
4. Air conditioning. There is only one and it's in the bedroom. It takes a lot of time to warm the entire apartment and it was cold. You cannot even keep it on when you go out as there is a key used to give power to the house and it's in the key chain with the other keys.
5. Parking. This is not partner's fault of course, but parking is complicated there. You need to park on the road which is most of the time full. So take this into consideration if you rent a car.
Final advices: nowadays it is normal for guests to find shampoo and gel in the bathroom. Please consider it. I think it's also good to leave a small present for the guest, like a chocolate or something similar. This can have an impact on guest's stay and overcome other potential issues.
