7th Floor - Cimarosa

The 1-bedroom was ideal for a couple. We were assigned a room in the back, with the view of the surrounding apartments which we didn't mind so much as it got a lot of sun during the day that when we did our laundry, our clothes would dry quickly. The host was very receptive to any issues and responded right away to any concerns we brought up. At the onset, we were given very clear instructions and so we had no problem getting into the apartment. Also, the instructions on how to dispose of the trash and recyclables were clear and convenient. The apartment was clean. We were provided with towels and toiletries and the slippers were a nice touch. Thankfully, the shower stall was spacious enough you didn't hit your elbows on the walls or inadvertently turn off or change the temperature of the shower. The shower shelf provided to put shampoo, conditioners, bar soap, etc. was very much appreciated. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen had most of the utensils and a few pans (a few more would be helpful) we needed to enjoy several homemade meals. Wi-fi was reliable. The screens on the doors and the blinds were practical to have. The AC worked great. It is located in a very residential part of town so generally a quiet neighborhood. A grocery, Despar was just a few meters away. It is about a 10-15 minute walk to the Old Town and a short distance to a couple of bus stops.

A few more hangers would have been appreciated especially since we stayed for several weeks. It was great to have a closet. However, it would have been more usable if the lower portion (where you hang the clothes) would be raised, maybe at least 6 inches or more higher so that the lower part of the blouses or shirt do not get crumpled (as shown on the photo attached). The space allotted there is perfect only if children's clothes were hung. On the other hand, the upper portion could be better utilized if the rod was brought down lower so we could reach it to hang some clothes. The way it is now, you'd have to be 10 feet tall to hang something there. Besides, there was no step stool provided to reach anything that high. It is a shame, all that wasted space. This is respectfully meant as a suggestion to maximize the use of the closet.

Зранку чутно машину, яка забирає сміття. Інших зауважень нема.

El trato con Alessandro que era la persona de contacto para cualquier consulta fue excelente. Contesta muy rápido y en español a cualquier duda. El sitio está muy céntrico pero es fácil aparcar sin zona azul.
