my accommodation is in a residential and central neighborhood.
the apartment is bright and functional, with high ceilings over 3.5 meters, consisting of 2 bedrooms, one with the adjacent bathroom, second bathroom, hallway with wardrobe, a bright living room with large windows, kitchen and closet with washing machine.
the floor is entirely in oak parquet except for the bathrooms and the kitchen which is equipped with: dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer, coffee machine and toaster.
The exposure on three sides gives the house a constant brightness throughout the day, while the thick walls allow you to maintain a pleasant temperature inside, both in summer and in winter. The bedrooms overlook the internal garden and remain sheltered from the noise of road traffic. The house is equipped with WiFi, air conditioning and independent heating to offer our guests a pleasant and relaxing stay in a pleasant and welcoming environment.

El apartamento es muy cómodo, agradable y bien equipado. La localización es muy buena con servicios cercanos como restaurantes, supermercados, etc. Transporte muy próximo para ir a cualquier parte, incluida la playa, en muy poco tiempo. En una palabra: excelente!!. Además, la bienvenida fue también excelente y Francesca muy amable y simpática. Hizo muy agradable y fácil la llegada y nos hizo obsequios de bienvenida. Muchas gracias!! Sin duda lo recomiendo y en cuanto pueda, volveremos.

we stayed ten days in this apartment. it is perfect for 4 people, large rooms all well equipped, great location just 15 minutes from the city centre on foot. very close to the promenade along the harbour and easy access to the public transports to the beach. the apartment is located on the second floor of a detachted house with a total of four apartments in a high residential area next to the catholic basilica of Bonaria. the kitchen is fully equipped and the refrigerator is quite big. all facilities are in the place such as iron washing machine coffee maker oven microwave dishwashing machine air conditioning. I would strongly recommend this place if you want to feel like home far away from home.
