Locatie in de volkswijk Vallecas. Dichtbij de metro. Fijne en gezellige inrichting.
Keuken inrichting was wel karig. Geen waterkoker of wijnglas.

L'appartamento è luminoso e ben organizzato. Manca un po' di manutenzione. Comode le due stanze
La posizione, la piazza sotto casa è residenza abituale di barboni e spacciatori, tutte le sere dalle 7.30 ci sono incursioni più o meno agitate della polizia. Nessuno è molesto e non ci hanno infastidito, ma cmq non è stato piacevole. L'appartamento necessita di un po' di manutenzione (tapparelle elettriche che non funzionano bene, un copridivano lavabile, e qualche ritocco tra doccia e imbiancatura)
