We enjoyed everything about the property, it was like a "home from home". Tastefully decorated and very, clean and comfortable. The owner thought of everything and in addition even surprised us with a welcome basket packed with all the essentials that we could possibly need after a long journey.
The apartment is upstairs which kept us fit.

One of the best holiday homes I've stayed in. Beautiful decor, exceptionally clean and so many thoughtful touches including a well stocked kitchen and bathroom. You can't beat the location for Guisborough, close to everything you'll need. I'll definitely be making this my first choice next time I visit the area.
Not really a negative as most places will have these, just be aware of a couple of flights of stairs to get heavy luggage up.

Very well appointed and very comfortable. The decor was utterly stunning, even more attractive than the photos. Location was a perfect base to explore North Yorkshire and the coast. The welcome hamper was a lovely touch - we particularly loved the homegrown tomatoes.
We had trouble finding a spot in the residential parking zone one afternoon when we got back, but we parked in the 2hrs free zone until a space came free.

We visit the area a number of time a year to see family and friends and have stayed in many of the local hotels and other places in and around Guisborough and this is by far the best, simply outstanding.
