Clean tidy well equipped very spacious and comfy

Bushes on the entrance to the drive could do with trimming back, not a problem just make it easier getting in and out

The whole house is so comfortable and well equipped. Its ideal for families and has so much space. The kitchen is really well appointed with everything you need and the lunge is really comfortable and is a great family space. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are really comfortable. There was nothing we didnt like about Clover Leaf.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay at the incredibly spacious Cloverleaf. The 3 bedrooms, and living and dining areas, were all very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped with all the mod cons. There's a library of reading material available throughout the house, and the owner has included references for walking trails and points of interest locally. The garden was a delight! We were lucky enough for snow to hit Guisborough for the first 2 nights of our stay and we were blown away by how wonderful the garden looked. Stunning views of Highcliffe in the background was very picturesque. Communication from the property manager was great with timely reminders leading up to the stay. We fully appreciate what this house offered, and are thankful that we found such a lovely home to stay in whilst visiting family. Thank you.

Very large property and bed super comfy. Plenty hot water and warm cozy rooms.

Garden not 100% secure which a small fence could rectify. Spare key lock did not open, but neither spoilt the holiday.
