Spacious and sea views

Was lovely and spacious and having a parking space really helped. Nice views of the sea. Owner was very helpful and always on hand and kept us up to date with everything.

Unfortunately sofas were slightly dirty (stains on arms) I get we might be more fussy than the norm for things like this.

Didn’t want to leave was wonderful

Absolutely perfect im lost for words, has everything you can need and more especially in the kitchen, location is pretty much on the doorstep of the sea and town centre, very peaceful well kept clean tidy property and if you did have children the property more than accommodates for them

Keysafe I found a little awkward to close which is probably just me, other than that there’s nothing I can fault it was amazing

Comfortable and clean accommodation close to the beach and amenities.

This is exceptional holiday accommodation for a family of 4 with plenty of books games etc for children if the weather is bad. It really is about 100m from the beach. The space available was more than enough for the four of us (adults) cycling the Rebellion way. It got colder in the evening and the heating worked a treat. It was clean, comfortable and quiet giving a good nights sleep. The host Bianca was great and very patient with us as we panicked about storage of our 4 bikes 3 of which were electric, but we were allowed to store them in the shop below. The accommodation was close by to restaurants and a meal at the Marine Bar is recommended.

There was nothing significant not to like, we enjoyed our stay and it was more than enough for our requirements. Our only beef is that the post code given didn't match the location of the property. My phone battery had run out and I could not initially retrieve the information email sent previously that contained more than enough information to find it, so bad management on my part but Bianca came to the rescue on the phone.

Apartment was spacious, well equipped and close to sea and amenities. Nice touches like teabags provided. Netflix great bonus! Very comfortable stay!

Everything was lovely, however if I had to pick a con it would be that the beds although comfy was creaky and the parking was awkward.

Good location, clean, comfortable beds, choice of bath or shower, bedding and towels nice quality. Close vicinity of coastal walk and seaside.

Adequate for one car but limited parking just off main road, no outdoor space but that was to be expected.

Very close to the beach, excellent apartment with amazing kitchen, fully equipped for cooking. Storage space for beach stuff and shoes etc downstairs.

Difficult to park even a small car. No washing machine. Somewhat noisy at night due to the location.

Spacious family apartment in a fantastic location with easy access to beach. A peaceful and relaxing break.

Fantastic location with the beach, pubs, restaurants and shops on your doorstep. Flat is very spacious with all amenities. Appreciated the iron board 😀 My teenage son was amused at sleeping in the bed with the dinosaur duvet 😂 but like us he was super impressed by how the flat caters for families with young children (high chair, books, games, decor, kids toilet seat attachment etc) It was cleaned to a very high standard with towels provided. Great WiFi too. The flat is really quiet and private. The high windows with locks on them makes it safe for young children. Overall, really happy we found this accommodation, as it was a last minute booking and for the quick replies from Bianca re our arrival time. Hunstanton is beautiful, clean and we felt very safe. Watching the sunsets touch the sea was breathtaking. People were really friendly and hopefully we shall get the chance to visit again one day.

A 2nd small cloakroom would be very useful, if flat could ever be reconfigured somehow, especially as it’s a family accommodation. Personally I found the bed a tad uncomfortable and pillows too soft. Plus a headboard on the double bed would have been preferable, making it more comfortable to sit up in bed to read. I can understand why some say it’s difficult to park outside in the space provided, as it’s all about getting the angle right to park. However we found it not too bad and managed to park ok with our Toyota Yaris Cross car.

It was a great central hub for our over night stay .

Its location to the town centre. Lots of space in the apartment and it felt very airy and bright .plenty of kitchen appliances and stuff to cater for lots of people. The owners were very helpful via messages.

The mattresses were very creaky and a bit hard. The toilet cistern was faulty and it just kept filling up. The entrance to the property was tricky to access with bags ( lots of steps) and not very welcoming.

Perfect location. Very spacious and nice looking apartment. Lots of windows to cool the place down. Fans in both rooms which was very much needed.

The double bed was very squeaky, but didn’t wake our baby up so not an issue.

It has everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Close to the town. Great comfy beds

The ally way is a bit tight for taking up luggage. Also when a car parks next to the gate to enter the ally to get to the front door, it’s a real squeeze to get past the car and hand rails which are at the front door of the property.

A lovely break with our young grandchildren !

Location was superb- just minutes from the sea front. Accommodation was lovely- well furnished and equipped. Just beautifully set up.

The access - down a narrow alleyway with steps. Accessibility inside was up a steep staircase. This needs to be added to property description in more detail rather than ‘upper floors accessible via steps’.

The parking . Our car was too big to squeeze on the parking bay. We managed to park nearby free of charge nearby as it is still out of season so it wasn’t a problem.

Very homely and comfy stay, good value for money for a 2 night stay, would definitely recommend!

Keys in a lockbox at property and details given before I set off so knew what to do etc.

Nothing for us but the only thing I will say is u can't be on the large size to get down the side entrance to the door as width is restricted but it was all on for us.

Spacious 2 bed modern flat with nice decor

The alley to enter the flat is narrow with some large steps.. You can easily carry a normal case down it but it would be a little challenging if you have oversized luggage or are infirm.

Beautiful and spacious accommodation

Fantastic facilities and very comfortable. Bianca was so helpful and friendly. She also did everything she could to make our stay as good as possible.

The views were a bit disappointing, compared to the information on the website. Totally not the fault of the owners but it's currently located adjacent to a building site. Nobody was working there during our stay, at the weekend, but can imagine that it's probably more of an issue during the week.
