Seagull Cottage

Location and property were nice. Property was cost and clean and there were some games which the children enjoyed. Kitchen and bathroom were clean and well equipped. Shower was particularly decent.

A minor issue which apparently was something the cleaning company were supposed at fault for: before arriving, a email mentioned a welcome pack which was supposed to include fresh milk which was not present when we got there. After travelling it would have been nice to not have to leave again to go to the shops so we could make a cup of tea as we were quite tired. Contacted the support line who responded but issue was not resolved or fully addressed.

This is such a fantastic house with everything we needed and more. We couldn’t find anything that hadn’t been thought of by the owners to make the stay comfortable and relaxed. So many little touches made it a great experience. Location was perfect, right in the middle with a very short walk to wherever you wanted to go. The stairs are quite steep, but the comfortable and well presented bedrooms were worth taking it easy.

I really wouldn’t want to say anything negative about this space as it’s so wonderful, but the rear parking is tight if you have a big car. I’ve got a Ford Ranger 4x4 but still managed to get it in with a few shunts.

Location to the beach for the children

No ATM locally, but Tesco wasn't too far to walk or drive. The owners did say in advance about how tight the parking at the rear was so unloaded and then parked in the car park, which wasn't too far. So please factor the cost to park if staying longer when budgeting. The shower wasn't working but had a bath instead again. A note was left to let us know.
