Beach Penthouse, Hunstanton Norfolk

Super location 👌 Very clean and tidy

We did stay on a hot day would of been nice if there were some fans Also maybe some curtains in the upstairs bedroom and sitting room

The location was perfect, really quiet and easy to park nearby. 5 min walk to the centre. It was airy and spacious, furnishings were great. Beds were comfy. Everything we needed. Great contact from the owner.

No blind on the children’s/upstairs room so they woke early with the bright light. Gets warm in the bedrooms (lounge lovely and cool). I’d read that someone else mentioned this so we took fans so it wasn’t a problem. We all get quite hot at night, especially at the moment. Also a few cobwebs/spiders in the alcove where one bed was which meant my daughter was too scared to sleep there. But it was fine as we had plenty of sleeping options.

The living room and 3 sofas were ideal for relaxing and chatting. The downstairs bedroom was fine. The upstairs bedroom was more of a family room with double bed ingeniously placed and 2 comfortable single beds. The en suite bathroom was a little smaller than the one downstairs. Being at the very top of the house meant there were 2 flights of stairs to reach the apartment. The fittings and finish were of a high standard. Everything was set up to provide a comfortable stay. We were able to walk into the centre in a few minutes and enjoy exploring Hunstanton and the area. It was only a short drive to Sandringham and many other attractive places on the Norfolk coast.

Dishwasher not screwed in. No fans too hot to sleep in attic room. Dangerous rug in lounge. Advertised WiFi but never worked.
