The apartment had everything we needed as a family of 1 child, Close to all the bars, restaurants and the beach. Spa directly below the apartment, which helps if you are self catering. Kirsty the host was very helpful with communication and letting us check in earlier due to landing earlier than expected.

The bathroom could do with a brighter light, as the only source was the mirror lights. The hob didn't unlock to allow us to cook but improvised with the oven and microwave

Very comfortable apartment with an amazing location just a few minutes walk to the strip but still very quiet. The spar shop right beside you so this is very handy. The apartment is spotless.

The curtains in the twin room are too small for the window and let me light, this is a just a small change that could be made.

Nice apartment at a reasonable price. Right beside a Spar grocery shop and five minutes walk to the main strip. Clean and well kept pool area. Wifi worked well

We only got one set of keys for two adults - meant we had a do a bit of co-ordination if only one was going out and the other staying in. The fact that the week we stayed in March 2026 was rather cool and rainy for Lanzarote meant that we only braved one dip in the unheated pool. A heated pool would have been nice , but perhaps unlikely at this price point.

The property is in a nice secure apartment complex very close to the main beachfront in Puerto del Carmen. The property was clean and comfortable and was suitable for two of us. There are decent facilities such as a kitchen area and a little dining table inside as well as chairs and a table outside which was great for sitting with our morning coffee. There were also two loungers outside in our terrace area. The terrace area is also bigger than you would think as it extends into an open area so you can move your lounger away from the terrace into the sun as the sun moves throughout the day. Underneath the apartments is a handy Spar shop which we used frequently - this is really convenient. There is a pool somewhere else on site but we didn’t actually use it - as it is not next to this apartment, it meant there area outside our apartment was very quiet and private (only 4 other apartments on this level). Overall, a great apartment and we would consider booking it again.

Nothing not to like. I guess the cost was a premium for the size of apartment (ie fairly compact two bedrooms directly off a combined living/kitchen area). To be fair the apartment is in a very nice spot so close to the beachfront and all the shops and restaurants so that’s why the price is not a bargain so to speak.
