A beautiful apartment at walking distance of the boulevard of the lively city of Puerto del Carmen . The apartment also holds a big front terrace and a communal swimming pool. The holiday home is perfectly located to be able to do everything within walking distance. The boulevard, delicious restaurants with seaview and the beach are also within walking distance. Perfect for a relaxing and fully enjoyable holiday.
Apartamento Estrella is located in a private communal area with a communal swimming pool, perfect for those lazy days by the pool. In just a couple of minutes walking you are on the lively boulevard of Puerto del Carmen where you can enjoy a variety of delicious restaurants with most of them overlooking the sea. Just down the steps you will find playa grande which is located next to the boulevard and has beautiful clear water of an average temperature of 19 degrees all year round.
The boulevard also holds different local shops, boutiques and is very close to our Biosfera shopping mall which holds all your favorite brands and is located on top of the hill. Harbour el Varadero is the harbour here in Puerto del Carmen and is also at walking distance. Here you can enjoy some great tapas and delicious Spanish food.
When returning to the apartment this is the perfect time to have a relaxing evening on the front terras with a drink or two, and just enjoy the last part of your evening before turning in.
Animals are not allowed
Smoking is not allowed, except in outdoor areas
No parties allowed: also be mindful of your neighbors, we would appreciate it if you can keep the noise to a minimum after 22:00 hours
