Great location, 2 min walk down to main strip and beach. Nice complex with lovely terrace area, garden and communal pool. Not over crowded so plenty of sunbeds available. Communication from owner was first class, very easy to gain access to property. Owner kept in contact via watsapp and was very informative.
No AC, Had to have front and back door open at same time to let breeze through and then wasn't so bad.

Me gustó todo en general y la buena ubicación que tenía cerca de la playa ,tiendas, restaurantes......

Good location for accessing main strip in PDC. Apartment well equipped, nice terrace to sit out on and pool was good albeit very deep. Excellent WiFi was a bonus, and lots of choice on TV if you were Spanish.
Beds were awful, and single thin pillows on each equally bad. Bedding had seen better days. Doors also stuck on floor when opened and closed, so made a lot of noise. Not good at night. Also, road outside second bedroom was a cut-through for PDC one-way system, meaning some heavy and loud traffic passing. Again, not good for sleeping.
