Note: This is a self-service property. Once the included items are exhausted, they will not be replenished.
Air Conditioning
The apartment has air conditioning, which operates using 1 € coins. Guests must insert coins if they wish to use it during their stay.
Additional Guest Policy
The nightly rate covers up to 2 guests. Any additional guest aged 3 years and older is considered payable and must be included in the booking, with an additional nightly charge.
Check-in Process
Once you confirm your booking, we will ask you to complete an online check-in through our app, which also serves as a digital guide during your stay. Through the app, you will receive local recommendations, useful information about the house and the area, and a personal access code for the electronic lock (physical keys are not used).
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM and check-out must be done before 11:00 AM. For different times, you can contact us in advance to check availability and possible additional fees.
Car Rental
We strongly recommend renting a car to explore the island at your own pace. We collaborate with several local dealerships that offer special privileges: taxes included, flexible cancellation, no advance payment, comprehensive insurance, unlimited mileage, no fuel charges, and second driver included. We only need your flight details and we will take care of managing everything.

Very clean property and I left it the way we found it …clean . The only thing annoying ( to me) was having to take my phone with me every time we left the flat as the door could only be opened by an app. I prefer not to take my phone out on holiday but then that’s just my preference. Brilliant flat in a great location with a good balcony . Will definitely be back

Very good and fast communication...which was good as the app sat nav puts you 200mtrs up the road. Excellent facilities and very quiet in the rooms.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, really big and in an excellent location. It was near bar's restaurant's and the beach but really quiet at night.
