Elevator directly to the floor: Open hallway with storage space for ski clothing. Access to a spacious hallway with a coat rack. Large living room with a cozy leather sofa set, cable TV, and access to the balcony (south-facing). Open, very well-equipped kitchen with built-in stove (4 ceramic burners, oven), dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, fondue set, and raclette grill, as well as a large dining area. 4 cozy double bedrooms, 2 of which open onto the balcony. 2 shower/toilet combinations, each with 2 sinks.
The spacious AURORA vacation home is located in a prime residential area in Saas-Grund. Sunny and quiet location, right next to the aerial cableway to the “Hohsaas” ski area. The residence offers a wide range of amenities for both winter and summer guests: an elevator to every floor, a laundry room with a washer and dryer (use upon request and for a fee), and a ski storage room. Infrared sauna and solarium (for a fee). Two to three free parking spaces are available per apartment.
The apartment is tastefully, comfortably, and brightly furnished with high-quality and complete amenities. Cable TV. Tile floors; laminate floors in the bedrooms. Large, covered south-facing balcony with furniture and a beautiful view extending to the Saas-Fee and Allalin ski areas.

SAAS-GRUND: Just under 4 km from the world-famous, sophisticated year-round resort of Saas-Fee lies Saas-Grund, the main town of the Saas Valley. It is an “affordable” alternative and offers a wide range of sports and leisure activities in both winter and summer.
WINTER: Saas-Grund features a small but excellent, sunny, and very child-friendly ski area: an 8-person gondola takes you to Kreuzboden at an elevation of 2,400 m, and from there, Switzerland’s highest gondola takes you up to a respectable 3,200 m. The ski area comprises a total of 35 km of downhill runs (mostly with artificial snow). Mountain restaurant, adventure playground for children, and a childcare center with supervision. A good ski area for beginners. Snowboard park at Kreuzboden. In the Saas Valley, between the towns, there are a total of 26 km of groomed cross-country trails (fee required). A free ski bus runs between the towns. Switzerland’s longest toboggan run (11 km long) is located here. 22 km of marked winter hiking trails.
SUMMER: More than 200 km of hiking trails, 3 tennis courts, fitness trail. A total of 70 km of mountain bike trails, including bike rentals. Mini-golf. Bars, restaurants, dance clubs, supermarkets.
SAAS-FEE: This world-famous resort, with its imposing glaciers, lies in a small basin at an elevation of 1,800 m and is surrounded by 13 four-thousand-meter peaks, including such well-known mountains as the Dom, Alphubel, Nadelhorn, Täschhorn, and Allalin. The entire town of Saas-Fee is car-free and can only be accessed on foot or by electric taxi. At the entrance to the town, a huge, multi-story parking garage (for a fee) offers ample parking.
The ski area is remarkable and is used as a training camp by many national ski teams; this is because Saas-Fee is, alongside Zermatt, the only year-round ski area in Switzerland (reduced to the glacier ski area in summer). While the lifts in the valley are more suitable for beginners, over 20 lift systems (gondolas, chairlifts, and T-bar lifts) serve approximately 100 km of downhill runs up to an altitude of 3,600 m; higher up, red and black runs predominate and are a real treat, especially for experienced skiers.
Cross-country skiing: a 6-km high-altitude trail in Saas-Fee and a 26-km cross-country trail in the valley between Saas-Balen, Saas-Grund, and Saas-Almagell.
