Pre-Christmas ski

Helpful, friendly and welcoming staff. Very close to parking and shuttle to the cable car. The sauna was great. Good space to store ski equipment.

The apartment was very hot. Beds and pillows were not comfortable. The coffee machine didn't work and we received no reply when when we requested to change it. A door to separate the living room and bedroom would be nice, especially when there is someone using the sofabed. The hot tub temperature was not very hot and wasn't able to adjust over 36.5 degrees.

BE WARNED!!

We had what seemed like a pleasant stay in this cosy apartment—at first. But BE WARNED: once you leave, they will come after you for money! The sauna was cold, and they refused to allow us to adjust the temperature. 👎 What kind of “wellness” is that? To make matters worse, they try to pass off ordinary wear and tear as damage, exaggerating everything just to squeeze more cash from you. This is not just disappointing—it feels like a trap. I strongly advise against booking here.

⚠️ Be careful!

⚠️ Be careful! After my stay, the host contacted me claiming I had “damaged” the apartment, even though nothing was broken and the photos only showed normal wear. They immediately asked for my insurance details. I later found out that other guests received the same message. This looks like a systematic way to make false insurance claims. The apartment itself was fine, but the way the host acts after check-out is very suspicious. I do not recommend booking here.

Absence de moyen de transporter les bagages comme tous les autres établissements du coin pour déplacer les bagages au parking ( des petits chariots à deux roues) . Absence d’ascenseur non indiqué. Les stores les chambres interdits de fonctionner Store de la cuisine en panne Je demanderai un avis juridique tellement on est déçus de régler 2500 CHF pour 4 jours pour trois personnes

Arrivée compliqué, mais séjour fantastique.

Le logement est très bien agencé. Au niveau de la cuisine, tout est bien pensé et il y a des ustensiles en suffisance. Le logement était parfaitement propre. L'accès au jacuzzi et sauna et très agréable après une journée de ski. La navette pour les installations de ski se trouve juste à côté du logement.

Les photos sur la procédure d'accès ne correspondaient pas au bon immeuble. L'appartement était fermé alors qu'il devait être ouvert. Nous sommes arrivés vers 21h avec 3 enfants. Après de multiples échanges par SMS. Nous avons dû attendre presque 1h avant d'obtenir le code pour récupérer les clés dans une boite à clés. Si l'appartement était ouvert comme prévu dans le message reçu, ça aurait été parfait.

Sehr empfehlenswert, würde ein anderes/grösseres Zimmer jederzeit wieder buchen und weiterempfehlen

- moderne und neue Einrichtung - sehr freundliche und offene Betreuung vor Ort - Lage war super

- Frischluft war nur via Balkontür möglich. Es war sehr warm in der Wohnung - Bett/Matraze war in Boden versenkt. Wären wir älter, wären wir morgens nicht so einfach aus dem Bett gekrochen

Très petit mais fonctionnel. Super espace sauna+jacuzzi

Malgré sa petitesse, le studio est bien conçu et dispose de tout le nécessaire. La cuisine est bien équipée. L'espace wellness avec sauna et jacuzzi, en libre accès, est très agréable ! Le chalet est idéalement situé tout près du parking et en dehors du centre du village (plus calme).

Le studio est très petit ! L'espace est certes bien utilisé et dispose de tout le nécessaire, mais ce n'est pas très confortable dû à la petitesse. Quelques crochets muraux supplémentaires au lieu d'une paroi nue "design" auraient été appréciés. D'ailleurs, le design est moderne et épuré, mais n'a pas de charme. Les matelas du lit sont trop mous à notre goût. L'insonorisation entre studios pourrait être meilleure : un hôte a mis la musique à fond dans le sauna et on l'entendait dans toute la maison. Les hôtes ne sont pas réactifs ppir répondre aux messages dans Booking.com.

Keine Bedienungsanleitungen für die hochmoderne Küchenausstattung (Einbaukaffeemaschine, Spülmaschine, Backofen) und den Fernseher; Fehlende Garderobe; zu schmale Betten; Licht im Bad defekt (wurde im Laufe des Aufenthaltes repariert), Sonnenschutzrollo Küche konnte nicht geöffnet werden

Prima voor een aantal dagen!

Fijne studio van alle gemakken voorzien en dichtbij de parkeerplaats. Erg vriendelijk personeel. Vanuit onze studio hadden we schitterend uitzicht over de bergen.

De locatie is ‘s avonds rustig, maar het gebouw ligt naast het drankendepot, waardoor je ‘s ochtends en ‘s middags in het geluid van aan- en afrijdende elektrische wagentjes en heftrucks zit. Gelukkig waren we overdag grotendeels op pad! Daarnaast ligt deze locatie wat verder van de gondels en hartje centrum (10-15 minuten lopen). Was voor ons geen probleem, maar iets om rekening mee te houden. In de winter stopt er wel een bus aan de noordzijde van de parkeerplaats, die je naar de gondels brengt. In de zomer (toen wij er waren) is die halte gesloten.

- problème de traduction en français : il était dit qu'on récupérerait les clés "sur une tablette" alors qu'elles étaient dans un coffre sécurisé. Et puis il n'était pas clair du tout que l'appartement était dans le chalet à côté de celui en photo sur le site.

Le style (rénové dernièrement), la proximité du parking Nord (2-300m), le jacuzzi et sauna avec la télé. Studio pour 2 avec chacun son lit (lit 160 et canapé lit 1 place). Très bien équipé niveau ustensiles cuisine. Fondue et raclette si besoin.

Le lit matelas pourrais être de meilleure qualité. Pas de possibilité d’ouvrir en imposte la fenêtre. Le fait que le mobilier est noir, ça laisse apparaître facilement la poussière et penser que pas nettoyer depuis un moment.

Lage, Sauberkeit, Ausstattung der Wohnung sind TOP.

Appartment ist etwas klein und das Bett ist im Boden versenkt. Nicht sehr praktisch um aufzustehen. Für 2 Personen ist das Appartment ok, für 3 Personen etwas zu klein.

Nie wieder

Man musste die ganze Zeit das Zimmer durchlüften da es sehr trocken war. In der Nacht war es kaum möglich durchzuschlafen genau wegen die Luft im Zimmer. Das Sofa war sehr unbequem und man hat Nackenschmerzen bekommen beim Fernsehen schauen. Es stand wir hatten Kaffeebohnen zur Verfügung aber es war doch nicht so. Das Appartement hatte keinen Lift und es war sehr schwer alle Koffer bis zum 3. Stock selber zu nehmen. Der Wellness Bereich war auch sehr verschmutz am schlimmsten waren die Dusche voller Haaren und WC.
