Excellent stay in Saas Grund

Well equipped apartment for the holiday. Bus to Saas Fee every 15 minutes in winter peak season. The Coop and Denner supermarket is walking distance. Not many restaurants in the village.

Disappointing to be in 2022 and still being racist this is not acceptable, the host charged us extra for using the accommodation facilities *other than the city tax fee *not mentioned in booking.com when I booked the apartment, when I arrived the dishwasher was dirty and There were clothes for other guests in the closet of the room and they have not been removed, the accommodation was not clean and equipped for my arrival, before my departure I had applied all the check-out policies required by the accommodation and I made sure to put everything back in its proper place and make sure that no damage was caused to the facilities, after My departure i was surprised by an email from the host claiming damage to the washing machine which is already available to all guests and is not specific to my apartment, I am currently contacting booking.com customer service to solve this problem, really disappointing

Perfect place to stay in Saas valley

The host is extremely friendly and the property exceeded our expectations. All 8 of us had great time staying in there.

Soggiorno in appartamento comodo e attrezzatissimo

Soggiorno meraviglioso: il nostro appartamento é spazioso e confortevole, perfetto per quattro persone. Due di noi hanno dormito in camera, le altre due nel living dove ci sono due letti a scomparsa, comodissimi. Pulizia impeccabile, davvero curatissima (e io sono molto esigente da quel punto di vista). Cucina attrezzata con qualsiasi cosa, davvero c'è di tutto! L'hosting ci ha fatto trovare una bottiglia di vino e dei cioccolatini di benvenuto, oltre a un grazioso cartello alla porta. Caffè, scottex, carta igienica, docciaschiuma, sapone mani, sapone piatti e per lavastoviglie già presenti in casa. Asciugamani e lenzuola puliti e di qualità. Stanza sotterranea per riporre gli scii, parcheggio gratuito fronte struttura, pass per prendere il bus gratuito e per avere sconti del 30% su molti servizi (tipo lo skipass) offerto dalla struttura per ogni ospite, fermata del bus per raggiungere gli impianti sciistici di fronte alla struttura. L'host é gentilissima e alla mano, educata e cordiale. Siamo stati benissimo, lo consigliamo a chiunque voglia trascorrere qualche giorno in montagna nel comfort e torneremo di certo.

Apartamento amplio, cómodo y muy limpio, con todo lujo de detalles. Excepcional anfitriona, siempre atenta a cualquier necesidad. A dos minutos andando de la parada de bus que te lleva a pistas en 10 minutos. Inmejorable
