Peace, gorgeous view for a fair price.

The hosts are really nice and caring. The communication was super easy and in the apartment we did not miss anything and if we needed something we only had to ask. The location is gorgeous, and we have a grocery shop 2 min away by car. It's a really peaceful area. I recommend.

Great apartments with terace and parking

The house is quite spacious, and clean. We had an appartment at the first floor. The bus station is just in front of the house. The garden was nice and you could walk around the house. Also there were plently of parking spaces given in front of the house.

The skiboots did not have a warm place. There was in the basement a place with a rig for skis and snowboards, but not for boots. The boots can be left in a place on the hallway, but it was not warmed. But it was solved as the host was nice, and said we could take the skiboots in the apartment if we wanted. So we took them upstairs.

Great stay for family skiing holiday. Highly recommend

The location is perfect. Bus stop is only 2 min away and there is direct ski bus to Saas Fee at peak times. Parking is super convenient at the property. Basically, you can park your own car there and take ski buses to where you want to go skiing-- Saas Fee, Saas Grund, or Saas Almagell. The apartment size is very decent. All essentials included. Washing machine available and this is perfect for long stay. Host is super nice and caring.

We spent 2 amazing days in the region and absolutely loved our stay at Arcadia. From the very beginning Juanita was such a sweet and amazing host! Thank you for the hospitality and comfort. If you are looking for a place to stay with an easy access to the ski tracks in Saas-Fee , I would definitely recommend you these apartments. You have your own kitchen with all of the amenities and even fondue and raclette machines are in the room. Thanks again for the great time and we are looking forward to being back! Daria and Vincent

Super contents de notre séjour ! Merci.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil à notre arrivée et nous avons pu nous installer tout de suite en nous sentant à l'aise. Chez nous nous accueillons aussi des voyageurs et c'était très instructif de pouvoir comparer entre ce qui se trouve dans l'appartement que nous proposons et celui-ci. Un chausse-pied aurait été un plus sans que ce soit nécessaire. Et comme ingénieur-informaticien j'ai trouvé que le wifi aurait pu être un peu plus performant, il galérait avec Netflix sur mon Mac, mais j'avais du 5G sur mon téléphone alors exit le wifi et bonjour la 5G ! Et rare, au niveau chaînes TV, de multiples chaînes en français: Suisse romande et les principales chaînes françaises ! Rare de trouver cela dans les hôtels que nous avons fréquentés. Sinon c'était vraiment, vraiment super de nous laisser venir avec notre chatte qui nous accompagne partout. Que dire encore: il a neigé pas mal et les propriétaires ont toujours enlevé la neige au plus près des véhicules parqués, de sorte que c'était très facile d'enlever le reste de neige sur la voiture. Merci vraiment aussi pour cela !

Ce que nous n'avons pas apprécié ne concerne en aucune manière l'appartement ou la maison dans laquelle nous nous trouvions. C'est plutôt le fait qu'il n'y a pas de restaurants autres que dans le village à 4 kms. A décharge les transports gratuits aident beaucoup mais le soir on hésite à braver le froid ! Il faudra revenir pour tester les restaurants. Nous avons néanmoins trouvé un tea-room dans Saas-Grund même, en journée, à défaut d'avoir pu faire de même à Saas-Fee, station soi-dit en passant trop chargée en visiteurs et bars après-skis de toute sorte.

Un petit bijou à 2 pas de Saas Fee

Superbe logement, emplacement idéal à 2 pas de la navette qui va directement à l’AlpinExpress à Saas Fee, navette toutes les 15 minutes. Très calme, cadre magnifique avec les montagnes autour. Logement impeccable, neuf avec tous les équipements souhaités (il y avait même un caquelon pour la fondue). Juanita qui nous a chaleureusement accueillies était charmante, parle allemand, français et anglais. Vraiment une belle surprise. On y retournera!

Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Da wir schon über 20 Jahre regelmässig Ferien in Saas Grund verbringen ist das schwer zu Beantworten. Vor einigen Jahren entdeckten wir das Arcadia. Sauber, nette Familie und gute Lage zum gratis ÖV. Der gratis ÖV mit Postauto und Bergbahnen im Saasertal sind genial. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Uitstekende accommodatie en locatie voor een korter of langer verblijf in het Saastal.

Mooi appartement in een rustige buurt met mooi uitzicht vanaf balkon. Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame gastvrouw. Goede kwaliteit bedden, keuken voorzien van elektrische kookplaat, oven en vaatwasser. Toereikende hoeveelheid servies en bestek. Bushalte op een paar minuten lopen. De bus is in het Saastal het ideale vervoersmiddel naar Saas Grund - Hohsaas, Saas Fee, Saas Almagell en Mattmark Stausee. Busvervoer is gratis met de Saatalcard.
