New house Butterfly. The 2-room apartment on the ground floor is rented, 55 m2 for 2-4 people.
Elegant open living and dining room with fully equipped kitchen, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and coffee machine. Bed function. South-facing terrace with garden table, lounge, deckchairs and a wonderful view of the stunning mountains. Enjoy a cozy lawn to enjoy the sun and be comfortable on the south / east side. In the living area: 1 dining table, 1 sofa with bed function, large flat screen TV on the wall with cable TV, digital radio DAB +, free WiFi. 1 double bedroom and 1 large shower / toilet with double washbasin and experience shower. Big toy gel and hair dryer. The apartment has ceramic floors and is also wheelchair accessible. It has a large children's playroom which enlightens children's eyes, as well as a wellness oasis with sauna, whirlpool and steam shower as sole use of the Butterfly apartment. Outside there is a children's playground with a stilt house, sandpit, swing, children's play house, basketball and a ping pong table. Bobby cars, children's bikes, cots, high chairs, strollers, snowshoes are available free of charge. Free parking in front of the house. Dogs are allowed. 9 euros / per night without meals. The cross-country ski run is right next to the house. The apartment Butterfly offers a bread service. You order your rolls by phone the day before by 7:00 p.m. and the other day they are delivered directly to your home at no extra charge. In winter you can use the post buses in the Saas Valley for free and in summer you can use the post buses as well as all mountain railways. The house is in a very quiet location and is perfectly located for beautiful walks and bike rides. The bus stop is 2 minutes away.
